Closest 2 bedroom to the beach! Just steps to the boardwalk!

Wonderful living space directly overlooking the beach and ocean. Very nice accommodations. A little tight but doable for 4 people that want to spend time inside, and would be perfect for 2-3.

Ian, the host, is fantastic. Very polite, communicative, and makes sure you are satisfied during your stay. He went above and beyond to replace some worn beach chairs for us, so we would have them. The view is amazing! We loved listening to the ocean in the mornings and evenings with the screen door closed. We love this property! We've stayed here twice now, and will definitely be coming back.

We had a absolutely had a blast. This was our second time staying at the villa and we plan on staying again next year.

Condo is part of a nice resort. Location was great and had easy access to a beautiful beach. Owner had great recommendations and was very responsive during the stay.

This is our 2nd stay in this condo and we still love it! First of all, the property owner (Ian) is organized, responsive and friendly. The property is EXACTLY as advertised. Perfect location and view. I love sitting on the balcony watching the ocean, pelicans flying overhead in formation, and people traveling to & from the beach. Condo is closest 2 BR to beach, elevator and laundry room. HHI Beach & Tennis Club is also in a perfect location on the island. I strongly recommend booking this condo. You will not be disappointed. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful vacation! This is our third time staying at this property and the location is unbeatable. So close to the beach! The host is very communicative and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Just book your trip! Super easy check in. Extremely friendly staff in the office and security. Beautiful view of the beach right from the living room. Room is conveniently located right next to the laundry room and elevator! Community is very kid freindly and offers movie night at the pool. Beach access is as close as you can be without sleeping on the beach and it has a life guard! Condo was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans and plates. Hosts also provide a very detailed list of places to go and see, which made sight seeing much easier!

This property is literally steps from the beach! Great location with an incredible ocean view from the balcony. Easy driving distance to great dining and 3 food options on the property for when you don't want to drive. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. He provided a really detailed summary of dining options, places to visit, and history of the surrounding areas which was extremely helpful. We will stay here again!

This was a great trip! Loved the property and the unit was perfect. Enjoyed the beach and a lot of local seafood!

Just pack your bag & go. The condo is your home and is well supplied, clean with great views & beach access. Hosts are wonderful & communication is timely.

This is not a new property but is in great condition. It is clean and well kept. It has a nice ocean view from the large balcony. The unit is spaceous, probably a bit more than was really need for the two of us but it was nice to have the extra space.

Literally steps to the beach with the sound of the ocean waves at night. 3rd booking , will defentialy book again. Great family spot to spend time together. Bonus.. it has an elevator

We loved being able to keep the screen on the sliding door open to hear the ocean at night! Very clean, and spacious. The beds were a bit firm, but overall it was just fine! Would stay again.

Condo is exactly like it is in the pictures. It was hard for me to tell how close to the beach it was when I looked at the pictures due to the boardwalk, but rest assured it is REALLY close to the beach. So convenient! We loved the balcony and every morning my 9-year-old would wake us up by reporting the weather conditions. We all really liked the tide clock, too, as it was helpful to determine where to set up on the beach. There were some colorful characters staying on the property, but luckily couldn’t hear them with the sliding glass doors shut. We cooked in almost every meal and found the kitchen to be stocked with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful week at Hilton Head! This was our first stay here, and Ian and Pat made it so enjoyable. When they say the condo is close to the beach, they mean it! We walked right out of the condo to the boardwalk and were on the beach in minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves in the morning and at night. We also enjoyed the pool which was a short walk from our condo. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Ian and Pat were kind enough to provide lots of information about the island including restaurant recommendations and things to do. We so appreciate their hospitality and hope to return again in the future!

Room was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We had everything we needed. The best part is how close to the beach we were. This is our 2nd stay in this condo and we hope to come back year after year!
