During the winter months, please keep in mind you are traveling to the mountains. All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
The property was excellent. There was plenty of parking and the condo was close to the lifts.
Convenient location and very clean!! Had so much fun skiing!! Had a leak at the kitchen sink and it was promptly repaired!! Would recommend this condo!!
Our families had a great visit to Angel Fire. Celebrated a birthday and a college graduation. Condo was clean and well furnished. Enjoyed cooking and sitting by the fire at night. Would recommend a visit to the Aspen Condo.
easy to find/locate great view from every window of the house. Just mattresses from the two fulton, made sleeping very difficult because you can feel the springs.,
Very clean and nice balcony for relaxing
The condo is located in a great spot close to the lift. Plenty of space for two couples and three kids. After hours check in was easy, the condo was clean, and it provided all we needed while there.
I loved this condo overall. It was beautiful and in a great location. We loved being able to walk downstairs to get our ski/snowboarding rental equipment from Wheeler’s. The living room furniture was adequate and pretty comfortable overall. The kitchen had a pretty good assortment of cooking supplies, including a large crockpot, which we used and appreciated. Downfalls: 1. The beds in the Aspen condo were terrible!. The king bed was as hard as a rock and had a sunken area in the mattress at the level of my feet. It was honesty the most uncomfortable mattress of any VRBO we have rented over the last 15 years of our marriage. I highly suggest they replace it sometime soon. For the price of this rental, it was unacceptable. My kids said the mattresses in the guest room was horrible as well, and they have never complained about a bed in the past. The main beds were so terrible, that my son asked me to make him a pallet on the floor. 2. It is a dark condo. The kitchen needs better lighting. This is a minor complaint, but others mentioned it and it is true. 3. They show hot tubs on the website and even in the lobby, but they are no longer offered for the VRBO renters. I was told that the owners were not a fan and would be removing them. They should remove it from website and lobby photos as it is disappointing to see them advertised but not be able to use them. Again, for this price point and the expectation of a rental of this quality, a hot tub would be appreciated and somewhat expected. I think owners should consider this moving forward.
This was our first time to Angel Fire, New Mexico. We had a great time skiing and enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a plus. The internet speed was great for the teens and the view was beautiful. Thanks for the enjoyable experience.
Met with a group of friends to spend two nights in Anel Fire, this space was just as described and fit all our needs. The only issue was once we got there there was no hot water but it was promptly fixed after a call to the maitaince folks. Overall, really cute space.
The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The views are fabulous. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay of 4 days and 3 nights. I did not give all 5 star ratings for 2 reasons. 1. The condo had dim lighting in the kitchen area (needed to use a flash light at night), and the master bedroom. It would be nice to have a table lamp on each side of the master bed and both lights working in the ceiling fan. 2. We had called starting 48 hours ahead of our check in, as requested, to see if we could check in early. We were told to call the next day, which we did, then we were told to call the morning of check in which made it difficult to make our travel plans (driving). We were told we could have early check in and when we arrived at 1:30, we were told we couldn't check in until 4:00 pm and there is an extra charge if we did and it wasn't known if the condo was ready. We told a person in the office that we had confirmed and paid for early check in. The person responsible for our check in was not there and didn't leave any paper work or the keys for us. The person helping us did gather everything we needed. It seemed rather unprofessional. Small hiccup but worth noting for improvement. All in all, enjoyed the condo and highly recommend it. Will stay there again.
