SUMMARY

Carillon Beach is an upscale exclusive resort located on the pristine sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast.
The Inn at Carillon is a studio condo penthouse with breath-taking views of the lake at Carillon and the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets from the balcony will make you never want to leave. The condo has just been remodeled to a bright white decor, so you will feel calm and relaxed. This beautiful place will make you feel like one of the locals. There are many amenities including tennis courts, pools, and a private beach access.

THE SPACE

This is a studio unit. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room; however, the space is defined by a small hallway. There is a king bed in the master that opens up to the living room with a small but functional kitchen. The open kitchen and living room have a gorgeous view of Lake Carillon and the Gulf of Mexico. There is only 1 bed, 1 pull-out sofa bed, and 1 bathroom that comfortably suits 3 people.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Carillon is a stunning village that surrounds a beautiful lake. There are little shops and restaurants around the area that bring culture to the community. Everyone is outside enjoying the beach, getting a tan, kayaking, biking, or walking around. You will always find something new to do. 30A and Pier Park is just around the corner. You will be close to a lot of great food, shops, and entertainment. In the summer, Pier Park has free concerts every Thursday evening. The hub in 30A has concerts as well as movie/sport nights.

GETTING AROUND

The condo complex has bikes and kayaks you can borrow or possibly rent. There is a golf cart in front of the lobby that can take you to the beach. The village is close to 30A and Panama City Beach, so it's not a far distance to travel.

SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. The balcony door will lock (unless the door handle is in the unlock position). You will not even realize you have done it when you pull the door open. So please, if you don't want to get locked out on the balcony, Do NOT shut the sliding door closed all the way. There is also a sticker on the door with a warning.
2. There are bikes that you can rent across the street. This is not part of the rental, but just as a courtesy if available. I also have some beach chairs and a cooler in the closet that you can use during your stay.
3. When you check out at 10am, please leave the lights off and take the garbage out. The garbage shoot is just down the hall on the right. AC up to 75 degrees
4. There is a gym that you can use during your stay for a fee. It is open from 9-5pm.
5. I will give you pool, wifi, and room codes the day of check in. Also in white book in condo.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

- Turn into Carillon Beach Resort Inn, and turn left on the round-a-bout. Once you have parked, walk to the Carillon Beach Inn. Turn right outside of the lobby doors, and you will see an elevator to your right. Take it to floor 5. Turn right off of the elevator and go right to room 505 and type the code on the keypad. Call or text me, and I will give you the code for the door. Enjoy your stay! :) I know you need Wi-Fi like you need oxygen. Look for your room number and then the password is 8779121550. Downstair pool code is 1245 (the door to the pool is touchy it needs a wiggle sometime to open) and beach side pool tennis and all other gates to beaches is 0812.

    I had done a lot of research in the area and knew I wanted to stay on the premises of Carillon. This condo’s location is perfectly placed by the entrance of Carillon with access to (2) pools, short walk to the beach, right next to the local shops, sufficient parking, and Publix across the street. Although this condo delivered on all marks for location, I was unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the unit and communication with the listing manager. After our 6.5 hour drive we arrived to find the unit shower covered in hair, mismatch bath and beach towels, mix of used remnant toiletries, and sand/crumbs/dust on every surface. Each time I reached out to the listing manager it took several hours for a response. The listing manager did provide a minimal discount to the cleaning fee charge which we appreciate considering the expense of our stay. Fortunately we didn’t spend much time in the unit because the location provided such great convenience and that made the stay worth it!

    We have always loved staying in Carillon! This was our first experience at the Inn and it did not disappoint. Just enough space for my husband and I… the views are great looking across the lake to the ocean. Would certainly stay here again.

    We enjoyed our stay. The complex seems a little dated but the view was awesome and the beach area was beautiful and not overcrowded. The main door to the unit faces a busy four lane highway so it was a little noisy at times but we enjoyed our stay!

    This experience is very worth your time. It is very quiet with good atmosphere. It is in the middle of a small villa like community that takes you to the beach. Very comfy and cozy.

    It was a very nice place to stay, Colleen is on top of anything you need asap and checks in on you upon arrival. Not too far of a walk to the beach. She had many amenities in the room that you would need for the beach.

    This is a great unit overlooking the water. It has a great beach vibe to it. Colleen has definitely put her signature decorating touch to this unit. I loved her color scheme of navy and white. This unit has everything you need to make vacation memories. She has made a small space feel large and extremely comfortable. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.     The place was perfect! We were in walking distance of the beach, a grocery store/ liquor store and restaurants . There were 3 pools on site, one that overlooked the beach. The beach was completely private. Never crowded. They had everything we needed for a day at the beach. They provided a cooler, chairs, umbrellas and a cart to carry everything. Airport was a 20 min Uber ride from the condo. Rosemary beach was 7 mins away. This condo was very clean. Big refrigerator, microwave but no stove. The bed was comfortable. We loved our stay.
