Close to Main Street, Access to Nearby Ski Resorts; Private Patio!

Beautifully decorated home - they thought iof everything that we would need. -we loved our Stay!

The location and amenities were perfect.

Perfection! Our stay here was so nice - the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to Frisco’s Main St (shopping, restaurants). Fantastic communication with the property management folks ensured easy check-in/check-out, and support was available in case we needed recommendations for things to see/do in the area.

Really nice place! Tons of space to spread out, loved having laundry right in the unit, so cozy!

Everything was as pictured. The location was great & close to everything we had planned. Only downside was the upstairs neighbor woke up at 6:00 AM every morning and stomped around getting ready for their day. It was so loud & almost felt intentional. So if you don’t mind, it’s completely fine.

The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in instructions were clear and the place was in a great location for us getting to the slopes! This place was priced right and offered mostly everything we look for when booking for a snowboarding trip!

We stayed for a ski trip and it’s close to the mountains. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from upstairs. We can hear people talking, dog running and maybe something sliding from upstairs from the main bedroom. I guess there is not much they can do about it but that’s something to be aware of.

Overall a bad experience, poorly maintained and not clean. No free firewood, ran out of basic supplies, clogged bathtub. The overall feel of the unit is that it’s equipped with the cheapest possible equipment, furniture etc. The bathroom fan sounds like a jet engine! The thermostats are linited to 68 degrees, so it was chilly in the unit. We arrived on time to find the cleaners still in the unit, we had to wait in the car fort hem to finish up. As a result we asked for a late check out to find they could only offer the standard hour. Most frustrating was the unhelpful texts we got, asking if there is anything they can do, to find there is nothing they can do.

We showed up at 4:30 Friday (check in time) and had to spend 48 minutes on the phone with the property manager to finally get the correct code for entry. It was pretty wild in my opinion that no one knew the code for entry and that there was also no emergency access into the unit. Also, this is a bottom floor unit and the person who lives above woke up at 5am Saturday and Sunday. You can hear everything that happens above which was not ideal. The space itself was clean and fine, typical 80s condo in the mountains. Given the above, I would not recommend staying here given the price and overall experience we had.

The condo was well equipped, close to down town, and had everything we needed. I loved having the washer and dryer.

The property was clean and well appointed and an easy walk to Main Street. We had a nice stay! There is a big kitchen if you want to cook. The cons were the unit is a garden level and the units are not well insulated from each other for sound. You will hear your neighbors.

Nice, clean place.

Secluded and quiet, but only a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops along Main Street in Fresco! This condo has everything you need for a great stay. Be sure to check out nearby Tavern West for a great meal!

Sibling trip! My brother has a place local and my two sisters and o stayed at this fantastic VRBO. We could meet up w/ my brother and we did several outings to Loveland Pass, Brick, took in live music on Main Street Frisco Thursday nite as well as a concert at Dillon amphitheater. Main Street shops/ restaurants were great to explore. Perfect place to come back at the end of our day and get a comfy nights sleep

After the first night we were pleased to pay for a second stay at a bigger and quiet 2700 sq ft 4 bedroom that was all of 100 more.When you see their fat contract DONT SIGN IT. Pick better option!

Fantastic location for traveling to Breckenridge.

We were sent a code for checkin; however, that code did not work. Had to call property managers to get the correct code. In the middle of our stay the access code changed w/o warning. We were unable to enter the condo after our day of skiing. Called property managers again, they instructed us to try the cleaning crews code, and that didn’t work either. Management was unable to reach the owners, meaning we could not change clothes for our dinner reservations. I messaged the owners and got no response.

Bed was a bit soft and the bathroom tub area was painted with some of the paint coming off. Applicances, washer and dryer were good. Suggest replacing the carpet and throw rugs, which were dirty and ends curled up on several. I had a very difficult time with the from door lock. Cannot see the numbers to enter. Poor instructions upon entering. Locked out several times the first two days. NOTE to Management... .change out that lock!! Cannot see the numbers until entering the first number and then it's too late, Must try again. Three times and you're out! Must time reset.

Everything seemed to be fine until it was time to get access. 2 lock boxes and a combo touch pad. The access code did not work for any of them. Contacted the phone number provided, they kept providing invalid codes. Neither of the lock lock boxes had a physical key. We were left standing in the cold, it was raining, and we had to use the bathroom. Thry property management company even after saying they would be available until we got in to the unit, left.
