Welcome to Pinetree 314! This three-bedroom/two-bathroom condo that sleeps eight is the perfect getaway. The updated condo is comfy and close to the lifts so you can easily enjoy the mountain activities. The living room has plenty of room to sit and relax. Get cozy by the fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The dining room table seats up to three and the breakfast bar seats three more. The kitchen has all the essentials needed to cook the perfect meal and is complete with a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. On this main level is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The first bedroom has a queen bed and deck access to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and deck access. Make your way upstairs to the loft which has a second living area with a smart TV. There is room for more guests with two queen beds. The second bathroom with a shower/tub combo is also upstairs. If you want to be close to the lifts, Pinetree 314 is where you want to be! ** Note that this unit is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator access)

    We've stayed in this area a number of times now, but first time at Pinetree. The property was perfect for us. Cute and spacious. The property management company was quick to respond to any questions. I would note the location isn't ski in ski out. You have to drive to the parking lot or catch the shuttle to get to the lifts. Laundry is also on site, but in a communal, locked on site location that needs quarters! Highly recommend this location!

    The property and condo were wonderful. Everything was very clean and accommodating. The location was super close to the resort so it was very easy to get to and from. My only problem was the lack of a coffee maker which has to do with property management and not the condo itself. We stayed for four nights and told them on the first day, so I do feel there was enough time to replace the broken one, at least for the last 2 mornings. A cold front blew in, so 15 degree mornings and cold days with no coffee was disappointing. But other than that, wonderful.

    This property has been updated. Nice new paint and flooring. The beds were comfortable. The rugs in the bathrooms had dirt on them. So I don’t think we got clean ones from the last people. There were hairs on 2 of the bed pillows. Kitchen had everything we needed. 3rd floor so very hard going up and down with ski equipment. There is a locked closet just outside where we could keep our ski equipment. It’s a pretty long and steep walk to and from the closest shuttle stop. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    Nice condo close to lifts. As previously noted it is on the third floor. Hot water smelled at beginning of our stay, but draining the hot water and letting it refill fixed issue.

    We loved the stay in Angel Fire. The condo was very clean, plenty of space for the 6 of us. They had everything in the kitchen to make meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Just keep in mind there is no A/C which was fine for us because the weather was great & we were mostly there in the evening. There is no pool on property and no washer & dryer in the condo. There is a great grocery store nearby that has anything you need. We would definitely stay there again if we were in New Mexico.

    Very cute condo on the third floor. Be prepared to carry everything up the exterior stairs. Very comfortable furnishings with plenty of extra linens. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to lifts and shops but set off the main roads.
