During the winter months, please keep in mind you are traveling to the mountains. All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
We enjoyed our stay at this great place in Angel Fire! The location was perfect for skiing! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

This unit was perfect for our family of 6 during our mountain bike weekend. Property management was helpful and accommodating.
House is nice, updated. But I can only recommend to stay here in the winter. The house is 3 levels. The first floor- kitchen & living room was a lovely, cool temperature. The second level with 3 bedrooms became much warmer. Fans on & windows open at night were needed to keep the temperature semi-comfortable. The 3rd floor/loft is unusable for sleeping. Which was a problem when we had planned to have 4 people sleep there. There is no circulation, and four windows that take direct sun with no covering or ability to open to vent the hot air. We had people sleep on the floor and couch on the first floor to stay cool. It was around 80° outside during our stay but 90°+ in the loft area. And to compound matters the heating unit was actually turned on when we arrived!! One of the bedrooms did not have a remote to operate the fan/light. So the fan could not be run without having the light on. Which was a problem when it was hot & people wanted to sleep. The garage is not usable, parking could be a problem if more people are staying in the complex (like in the winter), but not very busy during the summer. We would not stay here again.
This trip turned out to be as expected! Can’t complain!
This is our second time to stay at the property. Everything was great. Late night games around the kitchen table, relaxing by the fire and watching TV and a perfect little garage for our ski gear each day. We will likely stay again next year!
Clean, recent renovation. Well appointed Kitchen. Good for two families of 4.
The condo was perfect for my friends and I who stayed the weekend. It was in the perfect location and was very spacious for a group of 5. We loved how modern it was! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The loft was a bit scary to go up and down for even us grown adults but we managed. The other downfall was the stong sulfur smell coming from every water source in the unit. We couldn't use it to drink, brush our teeth, make coffee, or even rinse our dishes. The shower also left our hair with a slight smell of sulfur. It wouldn't have been a bad thing if we knew to bring our own or extra water to use for the items mentioned above. Since the smell was so strong especially after taking showers, we had to leave the sliding door open to air out the unit. Just wanted to let other potential guest know to bring extra water!
The condo was beautiful and the layout was neat. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. A big plus was it was about a 10 min walk to the Angel fire resort.
The nicest place we’ve stayed in AF. Kitchen was well equipped with decent pots, pans, knives, etc. The property accommodates two families with young children well. The garage isn’t sized for motor vehicles and won’t accommodate one. It’s perfect for a bunch of bicycles though! Access to the lifts was quite good.
