All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of 300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.

    The condo was clean, tidy, and the perfect location - near all the best restaurants and has a beautiful oceanfront view. We will definitely rent this condo for our next trip!

    The Penthouse was very spacious and clean, and the location was perfect! It was very close to all the night life and stores. The access to the beach is very convenient and close to the facility. The view is great especially at sunset. The only cons is that the penthouse did need a few tlc’s that need to be addressed like the shower doors didn’t close the toilet was a bit loose and the doors to the restroom where a lil hard to lock. Other than that it was nice and had everything that one needs when away from home.

    This is the second time we came to Gulf Shores. We enjoy it because it not so crowded.
