Upon arrival, noticed that the grounds of the facility was not kept up well well, although it looked like they mowed they did not do the edges anywhere leaving tall grass up against back deck and building. We had an issue with the Internet upon arrival. Owner did respond quickly had to send cable company out to change a device although she did tell me the last people who rented from her told her there was an issue with the Internet. it was not addressed until we brought it up. Leaving us having to meet with the cable company to get in and fix it as they were not allowed to be in a unit alone. Unit itself was as described, a bit dated, and what I thought was clean until checkout when owner made accusations of us leaving the place a mess. Owner stated stains on bedding. Although I am not denying that there may have been some drips having young children there she then informed me that they do not wash the comforters or mattress covers each time place is rented. Told it gets cleaned at the beginning of the season and end of season, which kind of bothers me seeing that they are used each time someone stays at her place. Cleaning fee was included in the rental however owner went and charged me an additional hundred dollars for laundry for washing her bedding that should be washed each time after a stay. Items stated by the owner are extremely exaggerated and in no ways was her place left a mess I should’ve been told the front place needed to be cleaned throughly upon leaving by me.

This is a nice condo in a quiet development. It was very conveniently located to Story Land where I took my son during our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

We stayed 2 days while we visited Story Land. This was a perfect option for our family. It was spotless and the decor was beautiful. We instantly felt comfortable. I would highly recommend. We did have some issues with the tv's. The channels in the bedroom kept saying they didn't work, which of course was the kids channels, although would work in the living area.

Very clean and well maintained property in a nice community. No lies about the listing. Also a great list of things to do was provided to us and we used it to find some waterfalls and restaurants. We spent a few days affectingAdventuring around Mt. Washington. Not to brag but, it was a BEAUTIFUL day atop of Mt. Washington! As i was packing up the car two bears walked by to say goodbye. A moose would have been better.

Wonderful time! Perfect location. Close to Conway and multiple mountains for skiing/tubing. The clubhouse with pool and games was awesome, visited daily! Perfect way to end the day.

Great condo. Entire space was spotless and had well equipped kitchen. There’s even a crock pot provided. Love that you could set up dinner in there in the morning and hit the slopes knowing there would be something tasty waiting for you. Communication with the owner via VRBO was easy. Highly recommended.

Wait a lovely condo, clean and tidy, and all the amenities necessary for a relaxing weekend. Close enough to the outlets, yet far enough away to not be bothered by traffic or noise. Our host was very responsive, and made the arrangements very easy to understand. We will definitely be back.

This condo rental was just right for us, with our two children. The location was great, being close to Storyland and just outside North Conway. The place was clean and looked very nice. Having two full baths was convenient, and the mini-split A/C was a big plus (other rentals we've used either didn't have A/C or had noisy window/portable units). The back door also goes out to ground level, so that helped a lot when carrying in/out everyone's bags. This was probably the most affordable value in the area, and you're still getting a nice place. You can't go wrong staying here, definitely recommend it!

Cleanliness of the property was A+ Plenty of parking Close to shopping, golf, restaurants, skiing, etc..

We enjoyed our stay here as it was very close to Story Land and other attractions in the area. The unit was on the bottom floor with several stairs to get down to it which was not expected, We ended up using the back door to bring in and out all of our stuff. It was very clean but also had a musty smell which I think is due to it being on the bottom floor. The bed in the master bedroom was not the most comfortable but we had everything else we needed to enjoy out stay. One other thing to note is that the grill is not a gas grill, it is a community charcoal grill that you would see at a state park so plan accordingly if you wish to grill food.

My family and I had a lovely stay here. It’s convenient to attractions, the clubhouse has plenty to do on a rainy day and there was plenty of room.

The property was clean and close to key attractions (north conway and story land). Check in does require getting keys from north conway (15 minute drive). Which is worth considering if travels plans do include passing through north conway.

The condo was perfect for my family of four! The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and location ideal!!! I plan on bringing them back again next year! Thank you!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the White mountain area. The condo was very clean and spacious. The condo was in a good location with an easy drive to North Conway and many hiking trails. My only complaint is that the condo was on the lower leveland had a very musty smell..

This was our second year staying at this home and it was just as great as the year before. Judiann was very communicative and the check in/out process was easy. Can’t get enough of this listing!

My family and I stayed at Juliann's condo for our annual summer trip to Attitash. Juliann's condo was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and convenient! It has been my favorite place that we have stayed in Attitash! Juliann was very friendly and responsive to all of my questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice and quiet getaway in the mountains!
