Clean Oceanfront Condo, Tile and Hardwood Floors, Pool | Crescent Shores - S 406

The unit was beautiful, up to date, and very clean! We plan to stay in the same unit again!

Big unit with a large balcony nice furniture on balcony. Only a couple draw backs. The master bedroom mattress was a little stiff and lumpy plus no cable tv. You need to bring all your passwords to stream everything. Overall though would recommend staying here.

The property was clean and nice. Some things were outdated-ceiling fan paddles need tightened. The sliding door in the king bedroom was not sliding very easily and the slider in the living area was not repaired until the Thursday of our visit. Would have been nice to have been refunded a little or a gift card for the inconvenience. We would stay at this property again.

We had a great time! Condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Would have been nice if the outdoor pools were open while we were there since the indoor pool was very small. We would definitely stay here again.

Arrival on Saturday to a beautiful property with wonderful amenities rapidly changing two days later to a construction zone. Pool was closed along with the closest walkway to the beach. No drop off area for people or luggage resulting in necessity to carry everything from the parking garage for loading and unloading. One member of our party was older and uses a cane and had to walk all the way to the parking garage due to closure of drop off zone. We had small children that had to be carried an extra distance to reach the beach and return to our room. Discouraging to say the least as no warning was given in advance.

When we first arrived there was limited parking for our larger vehicle. It was listed online the height for the parking garage was 7’4” but that was for OWNERS only. So we were redirected to park blocks away from our condo. Secondly, when we arrived we noticed there was mold in/on ALL showers and the shower heads. There was urine dried on the toilet and smelled foul. The people living/staying above us were constantly jumping so loud and hard we heard them through the cement ceiling. Overall the stay was not enjoyable and I will not recommend this condo home for families who want to RELAX. Do better!

This was a perfect location on the beach with a beautiful view. Within 20 minutes of most activities and plenty to do. Would recommend this place for any family.

Wonderful experience, beautiful condo

This was a great place for family and friend to hang out. Relaxing and not noisy building. We stayed in S406 and the only inconvenient thing was the elevators not working.

Very nice. Tons of kitchen supplies-well stocked in all cooking/eating/drinking ware! 9 of us and never ran out of dishes! Lovely view! Pools clean and nice. An outdoor closet available with lots of chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, baby swim gear, life jackets and tons of kids beach toys! Maintenance was quick and easy. Housekeeping came quickly to clean our sliding glass windows (they had been missed before our arrival) Everything needed was there! All in all: excellent stay!!
