Well outfitted.

The condo was perfect, very clean and updated, and just the right size! We loved the resort also, it has everything you need! Restaurants, a pool, the beach, everything was so convenient! We plan on going back later in the year!

Best location in town. I had really great time. 2 min and you are on the cleanest beach. All clean. Super cozy.

Clean and quaint beachfront condo/apartment with great amenities. It was so nice having a full size fridge to store our leftovers from all the great restaurants around the island. The location was also just perfect — just steps from the beach and minutes away from all the wonderful amenities of HHI.

The property was clean, comfortable, and provided easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo is clean , convenient and close to everything . This was our second stay at this unit and will definitely return . Nicely decorated and comfy . This is also a very safe gated community.

We were so delighted to find Dell and Andrea’s place. It was perfect for our family. The beach was so close and we went everyday. The resort was nice and easy to navigate. We enjoyed all the personal touches that were at in the rental. I loved the railing on the top bunk. It was one of the reasons we chose this unit. The perfect place to rest from our busy days on the island. I would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

This property is a great location, can’t beat it! The unit itself is clean and the owners were very nice and provided great recommendations. If you have asthma or other breathing issues though this is not for you. This whole property has moisture/mold issues. Even the hallways smelled. I haven’t had an asthma attack in 20 years. When we notified the owner he quickly responded and let us know he would be having the unit tested which is all we could ask.

Our stay was perfect! The place was super clean and well supplied. We were supplied with Dove products in the bathroom and there were more than enough towels. Dell was very conscientious and great to deal with. Thanks for a terrific time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Villa and the grounds that surround the area Been coming to Hilton Head for 20 plus years Beach & Tennis is always our go to place . Never disappointed with our stays there.The host was wonderful !! We'll Be Back !!

Loved this cozy condo ! Perfect for a couple or small family . Very Very clean and comfy with thoughtful touches throughout. Close to the beach and restaurants and shopping . We have stayed several times at this complex. Very safe and easy to get around . We liked this unit so much we have already rebooked for Spring Break !!

We had a great time at this property. It was very quiet, very clean, and updated. We didn't experience any issues. It was very easy to get in and out of, and I liked that they had a security guard to get in and out. It has a fully functioning kitchen and they have pots and pans. The island was perfect for our family to play card games on. My only suggestions would be black out curtains in the bedroom and thicker pillows. I'm sure we will be back!

Clean & quiet, was exactly as described!

We had a wonderful stay, and loved this Villa. As others have said, it is extremely well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The water pressure is awesome as well, which leads to nice showers, and easy dish clean up. All the beds are very comfortable, including the pull out couch (which I feel like is a rarity for those.) The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need for your stay. The Host is extremely responsive and happy to help answer or help in any way he can. This place is definitely an A++, with an equally rated host.

We have been coming to this resort for a few years and have stayed all over the villa buildings. This unit was, by FAR the cleanest, most updated and equipped unit that we have ever stayed in. The location made it easy and go back and forth to the beach and pool. The bathroom was updated with a great quality, deep tub that my daughter loved taking baths in. I enjoyed the incredible water pressure in the shower!

Our family really enjoyed our week stay. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 children. They enjoyed having their own special space with the bunk beds. We loved using the pull out sofa for watching movies together! The resort pool is always a favorite. Thanks for a great week!
