The condo is located in Margo building of SANTANA ROW, bay area's premiere destination for entertainment, shopping, dining, and living.

Just minutes away from Apple, Levi's Stadium & Convention Center. Very walkable at all hours of the day. Walk to the theater. Meet friends at your favorite cafe. Relax at a bar. Shop at your favorite stores. Right across the street is Westfield Valley Fair and Safeway supermarket for all your needs after-hours.

There is one comfortable queen bed in the bedroom. The sofa in the living room has a pull out queen size bed that can be set up by guests (max of 4) themselves if needed. Notify the host if you have more than 2 guests staying and need the sofa bed.

This unit does not face the street. It gives guests much needed privacy and quietness after a busy day.

Our aim is to offer a cozy, homely atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy their time without worrying about minor imperfections. We take great pride in providing a welcoming, clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

    This unit is conveniently located in Santana Row. It was ideal for my son's graduation from Santa Clara.

    2.5 Stars The location is prime. Santana Row is a fun, vibrant area with great energy. The loft was, sadly, not what I expected. I found it to be dirty and because of this very uncomfortable. The entire unit was dusty, the couch was stained, the pillows on the bed were stained & old looking, the cooking utensils and pots/pans had old food on them and did not look like they were recently washed, the shower curtain was moldy (this was replaced during my stay after I mentioned it to the owner). When I first got there I realized the kitchen sink was not draining. I told the owner and she dropped of drain declogger so I could fix it. I feel like this should be something that the owner does, not the tenant, especially since this was not an issue I caused. The owner was responsive when there was an issue, but I feel like the listing was not accurate and that the pictures on the listing had more glam than what was really there. It looked good from far, but it was far from good.

    The location of the bldg is wonderful but it wasn’t clear to me that this unit doesn’t look down on Santana Row but faces away from Santana Row so there’s no real view to look at. It also didn’t help that we needed to manually roll the large and heavy shade up so we could actually look out the window. The roller chains had been detached so this was disappointing. The kitchen supplies were less than what we’ve come to expect from other units and we’ve always had an extra towel or two supplied but not for this unit. We had exactly the 2 bath/wash towels and no kitchen towel to use. The dishwasher also didn’t work. Aside from some disappointments, Tracy was very friendly and accommodating. If you’re not going to be in the room often, the price point is probably right for what you’ll get. We’ve just had a few other experiences in the same bldg with better results at a similar price point.

    Comfortable for 2 week stay for 1 person. Great location. Beautiful sunrises from large window. Comfy bed. Good underground secure parking. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets looked far better in pictures. Kitchen could have been better. Even cooking for one ran through the dishes and utensils supplied. Unit over delivery point for restaurant below. Early morning noise.

    This condo was a great place if you are looking for a perfect home away from home. As a single traveler, I found this property to be the perfect place to stay. It is close to everything, from shopping, movie theater, picking up groceries, to exceptional restaurants all within the complex location. If you are looking for a place to stay where convenience is key for you, look no further than this gem. And Tracy was a great host making the entire check in/check out process extremely easy. I highly recommend this place and will be definitely returning to it on my next visit to the Bay Area.

    Tracy, our host was excellent with communication, very kind, and instructions were explained very well. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves!     Have stayed other units facing the Row. Stayed there by myself. Quieter than other units with Santana Row frontage. Unit is large, clean, comfortable - - home away from home type, and could sleep at least 4 people. Good for a families. Highly recommended and I would stay there again given the opportunity.
