Clean and Spacious Condo 2 blocks from the Boardwalk

Great location- 2 blocks from boardwalk. Owners responded quickly to any questions. Perfect size for our family of 6.

Great location and good communication w hosts.

The night before we were to arrive, they told us that the secured garage needed to be fix. We were reassured quickly. That didn't happen. We had to park one vehicle close to the garage door so our belongings inside would be secured. Then, the master bedroom didn’t have any lights. The owner ordered bulbs that arrived on our 4th day that we had to install ourselves. Turned out the bulbs were only nightlight ones, so still hardly any lights. The screen door to the deck was ripped and wasn’t usable. We also discovered that the washer hadn’t been cleaned which seemed to be a very long time. Liquid soap was caked on the outside of the washer and the inside was worse. Unfortunately I could go on. When you have your grandchildren comment on how bad the place was, it hits a tender spot. We did love the closeness to the boardwalk and other attractions.

Terrible drainage issues in the main bathroom. Lack of deck furniture. Large condo or hotel across the street which was very loud at times. Condo was very clean. Some furniture was very unstable.

My husband and I stayed with our adult children and six year old granddaughter. The condo was nice. We would stay there again.

Arrived at the property, the property was clean. I stayed in the master bedroom. The ceiling light/fan must have been controlled by a remote control because neither of them worked. The master bathroom shower was a little tight. A lot of the window and door blinds where broken and missing slats. Cable tv was only in the living room with very limited stations. Most of the remotes had no batteries (had to go out and purchase batteries). Besides these items, our stay was good. It had a full kitchen which everything worked. The A/C worked great. The garage was tight but easily usable. Over all it was a nice place, just needs to be maintained or serviced a little better.

Overall good stay. The garage door was working upon arrival but we could tell there was a prior issue where it was a quick fix to one of the metal pieces. Halfway through the trip the metal piece broke off, thankfully our car was not inside or it probably would have damaged the car. When we contacted the owners we didn’t get a response until about 36 hours later, in which case it was not going to be fixed until after we left. We were able to open the garage manually, however the door would not lock therefore we felt a little concerned with all our beach stuff ( wagons and stroller) left there for days unlocked. The thermostat also had a lock on it that would not allow you to go below 72, not 67 as stated and there were also preset temperatures that were set at certain times of the day. Besides those two concerns overall decent place and nice proximity to the beach and boardwalk

We were in town for TROG and the location was close to the boardwalk and just a couple blocks north of moreys pier. All in the condo was as expected. Would stay again

The property is good but kind of basic no frills. Pretty limited furniture inside. Almost nothing on patio. Great location and proximity to beach and boardwalk. This is the area we wanted to be so all around good. Would be nice to have a beach cart/ chairs included like other properties we’ve stayed at.
