Classy Room KLCC Pavillion Bukit Bintang 500m MRT

Location is excellent and the unit has great potential, but some misteps by management spoiled our stay. Check-in instructions were clear, and the area is great for walking or short Grab rides to KL attractions. However, the apartment’s condition was disappointing. Photos obviously very old and not updated .The bedding was very worn, pillows unusable and replacements requested arrived damp. The sofa cushions constantly slipped, held only by an elastic cover. The kitchen equipment was old,and poorly cleaned, with minimal utensils provided. The bathroom dark, and we had to keep pouring water down the drain to stop odors. We had requested early check-in and agreed to pay for the prior night at the same.nightly rate but were later sent a link charging nearly double that of a single nights stay with many excuses why it was this high. This made no sense as it was still advertised at the lower rate on vrbo? The photos on the listing appear outdated and don’t reflect the unit’s current condition which is very worn.

Location is great and plenty to do around. Swimming pool is massive. Host is very attentive and responsive as they have multiple units in the same building.

I only spent 1 day in this unit and Its enough for me to asking for more. It is so convenient, with eateries convenience store as well as groceries stores right at the door step. Will definitely stay at here again.

The apartment and entire complex are excellent! Traveling with 2 small children we were able to access transport easily and could walk to a number of key attractions such as Jalan Alor, Petaling St and Central Markets, we also walked to KLCC and the Towers using the pram. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished for us to stay there for 5 nights. The pool and gym were great spending some time there every day, and a beautiful rooftop area with a view over the city. We were lucky enough to be here on NYE and had stellar views of the fireworks. Great supermarket downstairs with fresh foods, and other cafe and food options along the ground floor if you don’t want to travel far - though you are spoilt for choice in the nearby neighborhood. Communication with our hosts was prompt and easy, and we organized our airport transfers through them as well. In short, we will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

It was an impressive location with North and south tower and tightly guarded on a 24/7 rotation; one can't enter without a pass into the compound nor inside the building or floor. So, security was simply great! Our condo was located on the South tower and a one bedroom condo which was perfect for the two of us. The Whole interior was very cleaned; bedroom size was decent with an attached bathroom and a good size shower. Kitchen was sparsely equipped with 2 induction burners and a toast oven; unfortunately, no microwave as it would have been nice to have versus a toast oven! Would also be nice if paper towels or larger hand towels were provided! A definite Plus with filter drinking water provided! Washer/dryer (combo unit) is also provided off the kitchen area which is so handy with the extreme temperature outside, you need to change daily ! Our unit was on 10th floor; which was also perfect as you don't hear much traffic noise from street level. On the whole, we were quite please with our stay as we were there for 12 nites! My only complaint the bathroom lighting were poor if you have do your makeup as is the only mirror in the bathroom! We never did get to meet our hosts Kelvin and Simon during our stay there, but, we did communicate regularly thru texting for any minor problems with the washer or how to turn on the smart tv! Anyway, thanks to our hosts, we did enjoyed our stay and felt very secured with our coming and going!
