Classy Renovated Studio in Marine Surf Waikiki with Free Parking!

Property was as advertised and clean. Friendly staff and responsive to our requests.

The apartment has everything you need! Spacious, it has a full kitchen where you could cook if you want to, amenities like laundry room, pool, and also parking included which saves you tons of money (parking in Waikiki is really expensive). This apartment was definitely the best deal in town. Management people were very attentive and responds promptly in case you have a question. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

Convenient location, free parking! The building is older but the room was kept clean and with newer furniture/equipments. A/C works but was not very strong, and dumping water was a drag.

I had issues from the start of my stay. The condo was located next to the elevator and laundry room and very noisy. The WiFi didn’t work from check in. I had to call several times leaving messages. The lady advised me I had to do technical work before she could call Spectrum. I told her that wasn’t my job. I paid a lot of money to rent this condo. It was her job to fix it not mine. She finally agreed to come out to fix it. She came out the next day but was argumentative with me. It was finally fixed. I also couldn’t do laundry as the water was shut off in the building. It was issue after issue with this condo. I wouldn’t recommend this condo to anyone. I feel like I got ripped off by renting this condo. The parking was also an issue as the low height of the ceiling. It was close with my car and I could see where other vehicles had hit this low ceiling in the past. It was very difficult to determine if my car was going to be damaged or not. Don’t rent this condo!!!!!!!!

Clean and cozy place. Great location. Only complaint was having to change the bucket of water under the AC everyday. However, I would stay there again.

Place was perfect, just wish there were beach chairs and towels.

This was comfortable clean property that was perfect for my husband and me. It didn’t have beach towels and beach chairs like some condos do but that was reflected in the low price I think. We had a great time and wished we could stay longer.

Great Location and Free Parking. Be prepared for a not spotless room and having to do AC maintenance. Bedding may or may not fit the bed. Not enough racks/hooks for towels for more than 1 person. AC is loud but it does help drown out the outside noise as it is not a soundproof room. Balcony table is too large. Fine for 1 person but if a second person has to get to a chair or if you want to get to the drying rack, good luck. If you just need a place to rest, aren't a light sleeper, FREE parking in the heart of Waikiki and don't mind cleaning when you arrive and maintenance of the AC, absolutely stay here and spend your money you saved on fun stuff. If you want a spotless, quiet hotel room with maid service and 24/7 concierge, this is not the place for you. I would definitely stay here again by myself for work. Would I bring my husband? Probably not because he would not be happy about having to do a chore with the AC.

Great location to all the restaurants, and beach

Overall, a nice stay. The property is located centrally in Waikiki close to many stores, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend with disclosures for that guest to make their own choice. Its plainly decorated, did not care for the furniture but the bed was comfortable. A/C unit very loud. Sometimes street noise is heard all hours of the night. It would be nice to have (in the unit) other towels and chairs/umbrella for the beach, as well as an umbrella as rain is likely. Theres a nice city view. The round table is too big on the balcony- a smaller rectangular seems to make more sense. The property is managed by a realty office that closes 4-5pm and could be a concern for issues that arise, and they can't help you. Finally, additional feedback. leave a key with reception for emergencies after Realty hours. Reception indicated other units leave keys.

Great location. You can walk to anywhere in the immediate city. Noise level is appropriate for the city location. Air conditioning very noisy, old and filthy. I cleaned the filter and wiped out as much mold as I could. Emptied the water pan was a messy job that a frailer individual could not handle. The place was tidy but not clean and there was an over growth of mold. The furniture is also weathered and the pictures are of a newer time. The bed is comfy for a back sleeper but not a side sleeper. There is limited drawer space as quilts and towels fill the drawers. WiFi did not adequately work. So forget using WiFi. The TV channels are very limited as well. Great place to rest and explore from there!

Overall, great place to stay if you plan to be outdoors for majority of the day. Pros:Location is ideal and dedicated parking with no hassle to go in and out. Great experience walking around Waikiki. Plenty of towels in the unit. And house slippers were provided. Lanai was great to dry clothes.Cons:- Bathroom could be cleaned better, specifically the shower curtain.- City noise was very loud and had to use headphones to sleep.

We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted a kitchenette and it had everything that met our needs. The bed was comfy. Wifi worked great, as well as the air conditioning. We really appreciated the free parking because we had rented a car while we were there. Overall very satisfied.

It was our first time going to Oahu, we loved the studio room. The check-in process was super easy and the host was very helpful.

The apartment was clean and in a very convenient location, right in the middle of Waikiki she you can walk anywhere. Getting check- in instructions were a little difficult. The building is Dates, so if you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. But overall, it was a good stay.
