Stayed Oct 17, 2025AC barely worked. Room was still hot even after putting all the way down. Toilet was completely useless as you could not flush it at all because the chain was completely gone and the arm was rusted inside the tank. The side of the fridge was absolutely disgusting..the microwave was rusty and nasty. Could not stay the 2 nights. Left after the first night after not even being able to use the bathroom properly and also having 1 friend with me who couldnt be comfortable either. Entire place smells like mildew and mold.

Stayed Aug 31, 2025The a/c didn't work, there was mold around the refrigerator, the side of the refrigerator next to stove was greasy & dirty & there were bugs all ovee the bed

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Was only able to stay at the property for 2 hours it was extremely hot. A/C set at 61 but apartment was 82 degrees, did not even stay the full night had to contact the owner about leaving early which they never answered. Eventually had to contact VRBO and discuss a refund, unfortunate I had to drive an hour back home instead of staying the night in Daytona.
