We stay with kids at Marenas often!

There is a huge construction going on the adjacent lot which created unbearable noise issues. This was not disclosed in the listing/advertisement.

We visited Sunny Isles March 2nd through March 16th. Our previous host in Ft. Lauderdale canceled our stay February 28th, not leaving us much time to find another place during spring break. We definitely upgraded. The condo was spacious for the four of us. My only complaint would be that there are no pot holders or kitchen towels, but we made do. The highlight of the resort are the people working the beach, providing chairs, towels, and umbrellas. They are a very hardworking group of individuals that always provided their service with a smile. There was a downside, although no fault of the resort. Construction next door. It started at 7am and did not stop until 6pm. IT IS LOUD. The noise on the beach is not as loud, but on the balcony, it was deafening. We had to yell to talk to each other. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the balcony, however. It sure beats cold and dreary Ohio. I definitely would recommend this resort.

Great hotel in the best location (across from a few shopping centers) with so many food options. Rooms did need a little touch ups in the bathrooms or with the carpet but overall it was good. It’s actually 2 separate units connecting with a private hallway (a studio with full bath & private balcony/ocean view & a 1 bedroom with kitchen and 2 full baths with big wrap around balcony with both city&ocean view). The couch’s pull-up bed in the living room was very comfortable. We left both doors open all the time to use it as 1 unit. Only thing, the pool & pool area is not very big but reasonable compare to all the hotels & condos on this strip. The host was great with quick responses. Will consider this place again.

If you are looking for a motel 6 vibe with a Mariott price tag , then this place is for you . I realize that most of the 5 star reviews were from over a year ago. Ritta was very nice and always available , can't really blame her. She owns 5 properties in the building but I'm sure she doesn't visit them . We were a family of five staying at this property for 10 nights . Toilet in one of the bathrooms did not work , bathtub was clogged in the other bathroom , no cable on one of the televisions , carpets were dirty , ripped and outdated . 3 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5 for 10 days , 2 rolls of paper towels , no dish towels , no laundry basket , broken chairs on the balcony . Toilet was fixed , the other issues were not . Location is very good , we didn't really communicate with front desk , valet service was very good and beach service did not speak any English . We will definitely not stay here again !!! We have pictures and videos to document everything.

Great location proximity to everything, easy to communicate to owner always available and very helpful. Plenty of room it was 4 of us it potentially could accommodate more people. Overall loved it. Thank you!

We enjoyed it

This was an amazing place. Right in the center of desired destinations but yet somewhat secluded. Staff was wonderful and the huge beach was great.

From start to finish, everything was a wonderful experience. Ritta was great to work with. what a treat to be greeted with champagne upon arrival. the hotel staff could not be nicer. everyone was so friendly and ready to do anything to make our enjoyable. the apartment setup was ideal for two couples, there was enough space for everyone to have privacy and yet be together. the pool was not the biggest I have seen, and does not get much sun, but why would you want to be at the pool when you have the beautiful ocean and great beach only feet away? the beach crew was great and very attentive. i will definitely look to rebook on my next trip.
