City Arts District in Downtown VCU MCV

We had a great few days in Richmond! This condo was the perfect location for attending a conference at the convention center. We were surrounded by art and great restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable and my husband was able to work from home there.

Loved the modern touch with the same character of the original building

Host was very welcoming. The apartment was nice and spacious. Great experience overall.

Place was very clean and perfect location for our needs (near son and his family). Lots of cool shops and restaurants. Easy to get in and out. Owners were awesome to deal with. We didn’t need parking but there seemed to be plenty (paid?) if it was needed.Bed was comfortable, linens were great.The only thing I would change was the street noise at night. Our room faced Broad Street and there is a theatre across the street and a bus stop where folks seemed to be hanging out and some hot rods going down the street. I do think we will come back!

It was absolutely perfect! I loved the space, the checking was wonderful and they were extremely helpful since I’m using a walker. No issues w the lift or elevator. Very clean and exactly what we expected and needed. I’d book again when in the area. Check out was easy and I can’t recommend this place enough!

If you’re looking for a clean, secure spot in the arts district this is it. Street noise in the morning is a thing, but if I needed to sleep past 7:30 earplugs worked just fine.

Very convenient. The bed was comfortable. Great location. Staff was responsive and friendly. Parking could be explained in more detail as I did get a ticket. (Parked in the correct space and paid ( I thought). Just one of those things.

I took this property over a 1 bedroom stay with shared facilities and couldn’t be happier. - good location near restaurants- walking distance from convention centre- well appointed and large apartment- great comms with Mark and Tommy- reasonably priced- my stay was in winter and the place was warm and stayed warm.- good security. Great place to stay in the arts district.

My wife and and I spent five days on this apartment. This is a great location, near VCU, good restaurants, and public transportation. Apartment is well appointed and very clean. Check in and communication were top notch

These place was great. I was close to everything and had a great time. Mark and Tom were super helpful because I had to extend my stay and boy did they accomadate. Thanks fellas

came for a conference weekend at the convention center. It was a 10 minute walk to the center. The only issue was that the sink drained very slow, and water pressure for everything was really slow, but overall great people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The condo was situated right in the heart of the art district and the best part is was right above a music store! We loved that! The condo was clean with a full size kitchen and washer and dryer! We had just fished a 3-day backpacking trip so that was a life saver! We will definitely be visiting Richmond again and this will be our go to place to stay!
