Our stay at Elk condo was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, scenic walk to downtown with all the great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots right at our fingertips. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfortable, the décor felt warm and inviting, and every detail made it feel like home. We can’t wait to come back—truly a five-star stay in every way!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is very outdated and in need of some TLC . The lighting is very dark in bathrooms which makes it impossible to mount in make up. The kitchen could use some new pans as everything sticks to them. In the hall the switch was making a popping sound which I assume is an electrical issue . The light switches where disgusting dirty I would not stay here again

We stayed in July visiting our son. The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved that it was close to all the Breckenridge shops within walking distance.

It was clean, and kitchen was well stocked with things we needed to make a few meals at home. Walking distance to anything we needed. Kids also enjoyed the pool. We had one minor issue that was addressed immediatly by staff.

We were in the area looking for a permanent home and wanted to check out the town. This condo was perfect for us. Affordable, well managed and right in town. Only 1 block from Main Street and Blue River. Well appointed kitchen and a very comfortable living room. Would recommend highly

Very spacious place, enough room for a family, everything in perfect condition, clean. Location is ideal - 5 minutes walk to slopes, 10 minutes walk to Main St shops and restaurants. Can not be better!

Everything was great with the unit with one exception. The TV situation was terrible, figuring out all the remotes was awful. Who uses a DVD player anymore? A smart TV is needed or Roku.

We take a family trip up to breck every year from our home in Littleton. We always choose the weekend of Oktoberfest to honor my husband and I’s heritage. We absolutely love staying at the Cimmaron, it’s so close to Main Street and close to the grocery store. We love the property and it’s always clean and stocked. Highly recommend this property to adults ams families with kids

Good. One note: the lock on the front door quit functioning on the last day. It would not lock. Would only blink red lights. We Googled it and it said the lock was likely out of batteries. Just FYI. Otherwise all was great. THANKS!

A short trip to play pickleball or golf. Everything you need is in the condo. Including a grill for steaks and brats. The two weeks was too short. An added note, Summitt staff was very attentive, especially Mia.

Beautiful area, beautiful condo. There was no information given to us about the sealing of the concrete outside of our room, the smell was awful and the only main door was blocked off so was the outdoor area and grill , we had to enter and exit through the overhead garage door. They didn’t care about our complaints. I would recommend anyone to stay with this company
