Cimarron 301, Cozy 2BR condo in Breckenridge, perfect for mountain getaways!

Great experience, would definitely stay there again!

The property met our needs. Beds were very comfortable. It was great to walk to town and all of the activities available. All communications were answered promptly giving us the confidence that we were being taken care of.

Very nice unit. Clean with plenty of space. Hot tub and sauna was convenient. Excellent location. Can walk to lifts and town.

Fantastic location. Close to town. Great communication with host. Easy check in. Covered parking is always a great perk. Would stay again.

Great condo. Perfect location. Walked to dinner every night though kitchen had all we would have needed to make our own meals. Convenient and spacious storage for skis. Hot tubs were nicer than we expected. Free shuttle that takes you around Breckenridge including to peaks 7 and 8 is across the street. One ski run comes all the way down to town and is just a short walk to this property so we never had to wait for the gondola or shuttle at end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed, was walking distance to basically anywhere we needed to go.

Excellent location within walking distance to downtown. Condo was clean and you can tell the owners care about the property.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance and parking garage (this is located at the Cimarron condos just behind Main Street/Dredge area). We appreciated the unit had 2 bathrooms, but note that there is no bathroom on the main level. Stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep/slick for young children, but it's doable. The unit is well-appointed with dishes, towels, fans, and blankets. We were pleasantly surprised that the temperature on our 3rd floor unit stayed cool compared to other places in Breck. The beds are not the most comfortable, but it did the job for the duration of our stay. We appreciated the communication with Pinnacle throughout our stay to ensure things were going smoothly.I encourage Pinnacle to be specific with how much initial supply is on hand for dishwasher tabs, laundry, paper towels/toilet paper. We brought some extra thinking there may not be enough, and there was way more than enough. We didn't have room in our luggage to bring it back, so we left it.This unit is super convenient to main street restaurants and shopping; we rarely had to drive during our week. We will absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip to Breck!

Short on closet space & dresser space. Hot tub was 2 floors down in the complex, really convenient. Parking was great. Walk to town anywhere.Pool heater at 450 complex was broken & pool & hot tubs there cold.The complex DOES HAVE a BBQ grill.Walk any direction to a lift or shuttle stop. Great selection of places to eat & drink within walking distance.
