Chula Vista condo with jetted tub, on-site golf, & fireplace - great location

Place was nice, amenities were nice, only problems were that the check-in info email with the code to the door never arrived (had to call and resolved it in 25 mins after getting there) and that the bedrooms were not clean (dirty, crumbs and nicotine box under the beds, and one of the covers had more than 3 si me stains). Have pics if U want them, but over all, except for that the place was nice.Important to fix the screens for next season so the wasps don't crowd like they are now

Overall nice stay. Bring yourself extra blankets if you stay here.

Lots of space, had a jacuzzi, and multiple bathrooms -- pretty comfortable for hosting ~5 people, and it could even manage more. It was inexpensive for the amount of space and amenities, but there was a clear lack of care in checking for damage before the visit -- the door latch on the bathroom didn't work, the screen for the window near the jacuzzi was clearly broken, and multiple shelves in the fridge had damage making them unusable. Having been in other hotel rooms before that I got directly through the hotel instead of through Vacasa, this amount of damage was unusual.

The beds were okay-but-not-great. The pullout sofa was very uncomfortable. The main window had a broken screen and a wasp nest outside. We saw one dead wasp inside. We contacted guest services about it, and they responded quickly and seemed concerned, but nothing was done, even after I followed up with them. The primary bathroom was large but had a tiny sink with no counter space for our things. The primary shower had adequate pressure, but very little space to put shampoo and razors, nowhere to shave, etc. The second bathroom's shower was leaking and had weak pressure. TVs were old and small. The heater in the primary bedroom was running hot even though it was turned off. The wifi signal was very poor in the unit, especially in the back bedroom. Even when connected, the bandwidth was low, and every night during peak hours from 8-11pm, it became saturated and unusable regardless of how good of a signal we had. Everything felt dated. They gave a fair number of towels, but we needed more, so we contacted guest services for extra towels. I was told that I should go buy more towels for the unit if I needed them, or else I could wash the existing towels myself with the one coin-op machine that was way down the hall and always occupied. We were there during the Fourth of July weekend, so I expected crowds and some noise, but every night was loud in the unit from people outside yelling until well past midnight.

This condo had clean towels, the hot tub was great for the kids. The rest was dingy, dirty and worn out. Things were damaged when we got there, and you don't get much of a response from the Vacasa team. (they say they will put in a ticket, but don't come to fix the problem. Stains on carpets, mold on the dishwasher air vent on the counter, microwave door cracked and glass on the outside of microwave was loose, refrigerator leaked inside. Would not ever stay in this condo again, and am questioning whether we will ever be back to this place.

Very nice place and great location. Kitchen could use some more essentials and the bathroom door latch didn’t latch the door shut but no other complaints. We had a great time.

This was the perfect property for our family and my dad. Two private bedrooms and two bathrooms so we each had our own privacy. Some minor issues like microwave door was broken and had to slam to work, missing bowls, leaning fridge and a drawer was broken and bathroom door didn’t click closed but besides that it was perfect! Better instruction on how to open the keypad would be helpful as we had no idea about the deadbolt piece which delayed our entry but the number was quick to help problem solve.

There are a lot of things to do on the resort grounds. It would be nice if the amenities would be discounted understanding it’s not a part of the resort however maybe working with them. Also requested additional towels for our stay communication was great, however no additional towels were ever brought to us.

We stayed at the Chula Vista for our daughter’s senior state softball banquet and games. Check in was so easy, especially because we arrived later in the evening. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked with all of the accessories we needed for our short stay. We took in the beautifully kept grounds on morning walks around the property and we thoroughly enjoyed a little relaxation time in the outdoor amenities. Vacasa was extremely responsive to our needs during the entire stay and check in/check out procedures were well explained and appreciated.

This was a great stay overall!

Nice place out of town, but to close enough to all the great attractions.
