Stayed Dec 24, 2022Roxanne was always prompt to respond to our questions and offered great advice for planning our time on the island. We enjoyed the property very much and appreciated being able to use the Regency property next door as well. All staff were amazing. We started most days with coffee on the balcony while watching for whales!

Stayed Dec 18, 2021The stay was wonderful. Hyatt Residents Club is very nice. Most every hotel on Kaanapali has updated the properties and restaurants. It was a pleasant surprise. We did leave a new frying pan for the good of the order. Thanks
