Stayed Jun 5, 2021We enjoyed our stay at Chinaberry 941! My only thoughts are that there aren’t any really cleaning supplies. It has beautiful glass top dining table, glass coffee table and glass top table on patio and nothing to clean it up with. A couple of inexpensive cleaning products would have been useful. Other than that the condo is very nice, good location, enjoyed the umbrella and beach chairs!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family of 6 stayed in this very roomy, immaculate condo after staying at another resort the previous 2 years. Awesome place and lots of room for everyone. Kitchen is abundantly stocked with anything imaginable. Beautiful views from the very spacious, enclosed, and lighted lanai and master bedroom shower. It is located at the farthest point from beach on Bay, but was less than a 5 minute walk. Gated condo and very secure. Could swim at either pool, but kids loved always swimming at ours on Bay side. Umbrellas and beach chairs free at beach with awesome attendants there to help and offer rentals of Kayaks, Paddle Boards, and Jet Ski if interested at reasonable rentals. The ocean was very calm and we rented Kayak and paddle board and my kids loved it. Beach beautiful as always and well maintained. Everyone on premises very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Only recommendation, need to add pool table, ping pong, or foosball by pool on bay side and wish they had hot tub. We loved this place.
