    Location was wonderful and very convenient to the beach. Short walk to the public access and Whales Tail. The outside of the property is in the midst of being renovated. A heads up would have been nice since the parking lot outside our unit was closed due to the construction. Not a big deal, we had to park in the parking lot of the unit directly next to us. The construction was not loud and did not disrupt our time at all, just would have liked a notice. The unit was clean, spacious, updated furniture, and TVs. Perfect size for a family of 4. The kitchen was nice and open. Inside the unit was very clean. The screened-in porch was just ok, we didn't use it much as it was too hot and flies would get in the unit. It could have been swept clean as well. The unit was convenient to the pool which was right across the street. We would go back and recommend for a stay!

    Second time staying at this property. It’s a great location. Access to several pools, walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. This unit was super convenient while being on the first floor. A couple of cons: There was a ton of construction which made it a challenge to find parking right in front of the unit. The unit also didn’t come stocked with basic spices like salt and pepper. It appears the HOA is redoing the patios which is a massive improvement because the existing patio is basically unusable; it’s pretty dingy and dirty. It’s a little odd that the patio doesn’t have a hose hook up. It just needs a little rinse down. But we honestly didn’t want to sit out there because of all the bugs, cobwebs and dirt. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’d stay here again. Just need to plan a little better with basic supplies and maybe a pressure washer :)
