Chic Waterfront Condo in Cape Canaveral - 5 min from the beach!

We are a family of 3 with teen daughter, spent 2 1/2 months at Andres’ condo . Peaceful, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed , kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy. Very quiet neighborhood, had no issues whatsoever. All of us are grateful, definitely will come back. Highly recommend

Overall a very nice property but with no elevator on the third floor difficult for people with mobility problems. Would be nice to have the patio screen in couldn't set out to enjoy the view because of the no see ums

Everything was perfect as described. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The heated pool and hot tub were very nice on days we didn't go to the beach. The other Condo residents were very friendly. The view from the terrace or living area was our favorite part of our vacation. Such beautiful sunsets, I took so many pictures! We stayed 6 weeks and enjoy everything about this Condo. The host, Andres was great and checked in on us to be sure everything was okay! We saw many incredible launches from the condo and from Jetty Park that was very close by. We also saw many Cruise Ships sail by as we were relaxing on the beach at Jetty Park! It was a great vacation, and we would certainly recommend this Condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area! We would love to return again!

Another great stay in this condo. I love all the comforts here, but the view of the river is the biggest attraction for me! Even on a rainy or cloudy day, it’s so relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view! Great kitchen and supplies for cooking in which I prefer. Another extra I like is the community hose to give the car a wash now and then. Andres is the best host! Always responsive and accommodating. I will be back!

Stayed at this quiet, safe, and friendly condo complex close to Port Canaveral. The host was professional, friendly and very responsive. The relative cost of the condo over the month was excellent and we loved the views of the Banana River from our bedroom, living room, and balcony. It was well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay for a month of snow birding. Not far from beach. Plenty of places to go walking. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for me who prefers to cook and eat in. Amazing sunset views. Great for a photographer like me with all the wildlife. I got to see all kinds of birds and also dolphin fishing and playing. Would love to come back again for my winter retreat from the cold up north. Andres was always quick to answer any questions I had.

This is my 3rd time here, still love the location, never get tired of the view. Cruise ships, rocket launches, beach, & great restaurants within 10 minutes - several within walking distance. Andres is wonderful to deal with. Def recommend to anyone that doesn’t mind walking up to the third floor (no elevators).

The rental was very clean and had everything one needs to cook meals. It was a pleasure staying there.

Overall, Very satisfied. The positives 1st. Good location. 5 min drive to a fantastic beach. Free parking. Beautiful sunset. View on Banana River fantastic. Condo had everything needed. Furniture comfortable. Bed confortable. Condo Well equipped. I’m not a fan of internet TV. Balcony on Banana River. Only negative for us was no screen on Balcony, the little No See Um bugs were murder in morning and evening. They are hungry and waiting. Paid big price 1st day before realizing problem. But aside from this I would recommend and give a 4.6 overall rating.

My second time here and I love it just as much. So close to so many restaurants, beach, attractions, shops, space launches, etc. There is a paved sidewalk along the highway so you can actually walk or bike to many of these things - including an organic grocery store. Condo is clean, comfortable, and stylish without being cluttered. Well equipped kitchen, beach chairs & towels, wonderful balcony facing west for wildlife watching and beautiful daily sunsets. Pool, hot tub and tennis courts are nice amenities. On 3rd floor with no elevator - no prob for me, but be aware.
