Stayed Oct 7, 2025The unit was wonderful, in a great location, and very well taken care of, with dubbel pane windows, dubbel sinks in bathroom and very clean! BUT, parking was a great problem: no parking place for the unit and street parking was practically non existent.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The home had a fantastic location! It was easily within walking distance of great coffee, food, the beach and pier. If you have difficulty walking up hill than this might not be a good fit for you because it is up the hill from the beach. Having a washer and drying, double sinks in the bathroom and access to beach chairs & toys was a blessing. The home is well loved, but also well cared for. If you are looking for a quiet little beach town in California this is the place for you! Check out the San Clemente Trolley, West Toast Restaurant on the beach, downtown shops and the Farmer's market on Sunday--FUN!

Stayed May 23, 2025The location of the condo is terrific if you enjoy walking on the beach, into town. Overall a very nice place. Fyi no parking space for car. It all worked out, but the picture is misleading.
