Beautiful inside! Squeaky floors but you have to accept that as part of the charm. Great location so you can walk to most area attractions and restaurants. Parking is expensive.
Great 3 story walk up in the heart of the city. Owners provide great coffee and snacks to make your adventure of Seattle a quick start.
The host was very communicative and the location was great. Situated between the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market, we were able to walk to local landmarks, restaurants, and markets. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.
We were in town to see UW football game. The condo was PERFECT. The place was clean, quite and centrally located to downtown. Definitely would stay again and would recommend.

Nice place, well kept, clean, comfortable. Like a hotel suite, and a little more, in an older/more traditional and smaller building. Excellent location. Can get anywhere walking or a short Uber ride. Host has thought about everything and is very helpful. I will definitely check availability next time I visit Seattle again.
Location was great. We arrived about 45 minutes early. John allowed us to enter the facility when we reached out to him. Walking distance to major points of interest, mass transit, grocery stores, restaurants , and more. The bed was comfortable. Having the kitchen allowed us to do a little cooking. The washer/dryer enabled us to keep the towels fresh for use. Using the City Pass, we did all the tourist traps including the Mt. Rainier one day excursion. I would also recommend going to Tacoma for the Glass Museum, Defiance Point Zoo and Aquarium.
Cute & quiet place centrally located to everything you want to see. Excellent communication by owner. Clean & very welcoming.
Excellent place to stay for our trip! Location was central and convenient. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Check in was seamless and John & Lynn we’re very responsive and went above and beyond. Thank you!

It was just as advertised, this was a great place to stay for a short weekend getaway with my husband! It was cutely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed, even a cute welcome basket with snacks, as well as a very informative guest binder. The host responded very quickly when I had a question at check in, which was very appreciated. There is no elevator which was not a problem for us but is something to take note of. As well as the fact that this is an old building, which means creaky floors and thin walls is all part of the character and experience of this condo.
The property is very clean and has all the amenities you could want in a property. Easy check in and checkout. Location was very central to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend. One note is the room we were in was on the third floor and there is no elevator.
