The Space:

At home, start the day with coffee on your shady, L-shaped balcony, with a view of the pool and emerald Gulf waters just beyond. Decor inside thelight-filled space will leave you feeling like you’ve stepped into the pages of Coastal Living, with subtle nautical touches, soothing neutrals, and stylishly weathered wood accents. The well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, makes meal prep easy, and everyone can dine together at the window-front table, or dine alfresco on the balcony.



After a day of adventures, or just naps on the beach, relax in the central air-conditioning while you watch a little TV or check your email with the free WiFi. Step out to one of many nearby restaurants, and end the night with a soothing bath in the primary bedroom’s gorgeous soaking tub. Drift off, dreaming of another perfect beach day tomorrow.

Important Property Update – Please Read Before Booking

This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony punch lists and painting the exterior of the building. They also still have to replace the North stair case windows. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 14th for the property. Our office is currently closed due to window replacements.

The north and south pools are currently open, with certain pool deck areas blocked, due to scaffolding. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.

A safe, narrow pedestrian path to the beach has been established through the pools scaffolding. (via the north entrance). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the beach through the Building A or B garages. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.



You should expect noise, dust, and contractor activity between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
