Located in the heart of it all, introducing this spacious, split floorplan two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse. This property sits on a private lot with plenty of parking, so you can park the car and enjoy the convenience of being walking distance to the Village and mountain access. Take a stroll to the Village for Gondola access to Canyon Lodge, grab a bite at one of the many restaurants, enjoy shopping, coffee and more. The convenient free shuttle also is right at your door step to take youthroughout town, to Canyon Lodge and Eagle Lodge. Or cozy indoors and enjoy the seclusion and peaceful forest setting of this home. Over two levels the upstairs offers an open concept living room with vaulted ceilings, kitchen and dining area complete with hard wood floors throughout, and a mountain modern feel, while the 2 bedrooms are located on the entry lower level. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals, and enjoy dining space for 6. The living room offers a comfortable sectional where you can gather round the large 48 HD TV to grab a movie or watch the game, or enjoy game night with the family board games. On the upper level is also a private deck with outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee. The home is heated via cozy pellet stove located downstairs in addition to electric heaters. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the primary featuring a Queen bed with flatscreen TV. Access to a hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features bunk beds with queen on the bottom and XL twin on top, plus an additional twin roll away bed. The second full bath with tub/shower combo is on the upper level. A private washer / dryer makes it a home away from home. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club, to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The snowcreek athletic club is located approx. 2 miles from the townhouse. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is not pet friendly and non-smoking. It is ground floor entry, with two levels inside, please note all living space is on the 2nd floor. For larger groups, message us to book the neighboring lodge located on the same private property lot. PLEASE NOTE: The loft staircase in pictures is not available for guest access.     Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and everything that was described to us is how we found it. I would recommend this destination for anybody looking to get back to nature.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is decrepit and uncomfortable. Every single part of the house is broken, stained, cracked and/ or completely outdated. A few examples: the dishwasher was literally not attached to the wall. Every time we opened the door it felt like the whole appliance would fall forward onto our feet. It did seem to actually run though. The kitchen & cooking equipment were so uninviting that we had to eat out 3 times a day. Sofa, counters, walls are stained. We could hear the neighbors talking & flushing their toilet through the paper thin walls. Huge gaping holes between the floors & walls (ie missing baseboards). I could go on & on... We paid $700/ night which was bizarrely overpriced, it’s not worth more than $250. The location is nice though, walking distance to Mammoth Village. And the management company was good to work with although I can’t understand why they took this listing.
