This home is professionally managed and is part of The Newport Lofts portfolio of properties. This Loft is located in the center of Newport and situated above Brooks Brothers at the Brick Market Place. This Loft has 3 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, this Loft features a private balcony off the master bedroom along with a spacious living area with an open floor plan that unites the kitchenette and living areas. The kitchenette features arefrigerator, sink, dishwasher, convection microwave/oven and coffee maker. Kitchenette comes fully stocked with cookware, flatware and drinkware. The dining area seats 6 and kitchenette island seats 4. This Loft also features a full size stackable washer/dryer along with beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy Newport's beautiful beaches. Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION:
Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.
No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
