Located on the top floor of Xanadu Villas (with elevator access), this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is newly renovated and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Large windows and a private balcony overlook the pool and surrounding palms, filling the space with natural light.

Living Area: A spacious open-concept layout with plush seating, Roku Smart TV (with Spectrum Cable App), and board games for rainy-day fun. The queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space for families or friends.

Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Includes a Keurig, standard coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and all cookware, utensils, and dishes.
