    Very clean. For a 4 night/5 day stay with three kids and two adults--it had all the basic amenities. More than enough clean bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, pillows. It was modern and updated. We cooked two meals daily and only had to buy some olive oil spray for cooking and basic fridge and pantry food items along with a tissue box from the store. They have basic bath supplies, the 360 company is like what a hotel would provide. The house is so close to the beach, yet we didn't even need the beach towels we brought to dry off in the heat on the short walk back to it. There is a shower to clean off as well. It had everything, even the views of sunrise and sunset, and much more comfortable and noise free than the last house we stayed at and this one had 4 suites to it. Would definitely pick this one again. There are stairs though so we didn't need our beach wagon to get our stuff to and from the beach and would have been hard to use it to do so. Really great pick!

    The condo was a little dated but comfortable. It had a boardwalk to the beach inside the carport that was super convenient. I felt it was a good value to be that close to sand.

    Beautiful condo - lots of living space. Comfortable for our family w small kids. Beds were comfy. Beautiful view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. It’s 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo, and open access to neighbors patio space. Would def stay again.

    360 is a terrific property management company - helped us out with access issues (door code didn’t work) and followed up to make sure everything was okay! Condo was very nice and had all we needed! Very clean, well stocked and spacious! Only drawback was the lane leading to condo was severely rough to drive on - but it’s short road so not too terrible! All in all, a great place to stay on the Cape!

    The place was very well maintained and fit 6 adults comfortably. Just steps away from the beach. It had everything we needed! It’s also within walking distance to the general store, coffee and doughnut store. We will definitely stay here again. If I could change one thing it would be to cover the deck area for some shade. That would not stop us from coming back though! Thanks for a wonderful week in your home.

    Everything about our vacation was perfect. Our unit was updated, clean, and so close to the beach. Enjoyed the ocean view from inside the unit and on the deck. Just a few steps down the short boardwalk to the beach. Great family vacation!

    This was a very nice place with plenty of room for just the two of us, perfect for a small family or two couples. The furnishings are very nice, although the couches are a bit stiff. Both my husband and I prefer a bed that is not so hard, and this caused a bit of back stiffness, but not terrible. There are a lot of stairs, as we chose the very top floor of this quadraplex . The view is beautiful, as you can clearly see the ocean and smell the salt air. We ate breakfast on our balcony several mornings and listened to the waves. There is a very short walk to the sugar white beach. We have been to the Cape several years now and this is a gorgeous beach, very clean, and very quiet! If you need a place to truly “get away from it all”, this is your spot. Even though Ellie’s SeaLargo is a shared building, all of the neighbors were quiet and respectful of others. We did not hear the first set of folks staying next to us, although we heard a little talking when the second set arrived later in the week. However, this was not too disruptive and when we closed the bathroom door, it blocked the sound. The only thing I will comment on for the owner is that the cleaning leaves a bit to be desired. For the most part, it was pretty clean. But the light fixtures, tables in the living area, water faucet handles, lamps, etc all need a very good cleaning. Also, my husband suffers from lung issues related to Covid, and I had to take the Bona mop to the wall above our bed to get a tremendous amount of dust off of the walls before we slept the first night. Even someone with allergies would not have wanted to sleep in that. Also I would suggest stocking some new pans in the kitchen and some crackers for eating crab legs. As for location, we always stay at the North end of the Cape. Ellie’s SeaLargo is located just behind the Pristine Properties office, in close proximity to Peachy’s Beach Eats, Beach Planet and the Trading Post. I am super particular when choosing where to spend our vacation, and even though there are a few items above that need improvement, overall I believe this is a great vacation spot and one you would love to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

    This was the first time my brother and his family have been to the Cape. The weather could have been better but we had a great time.
