Located in the highly desirable 43 stack of the Ilikai Hotel, this unit offers perfect views of the lagoon and yacht harbor, as well as front-row seats for the Friday night fireworks. It's the ideal spot to relax and soak up the Hawaiian sun! This non-renovated two-bedroom unit on the 7th floor overlooking the Ala Wai Boat Harbor. Comes with a King bed and two twin beds. Unit has a 30-day minimum rental use.

***Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 4 of the exterior spall repair and painting project, scheduled from late Sept - November 2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in April 2027.

Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Gym access is available through the hotel - daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Please inquire with the hotel's front desk for more information.

We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
