Chic 1BR Downtown ATL Condo - Walk to Stadium, Events & Dining + Sleeper Sofa

I travel a lot and have begun staying in AirB&Bs because they have a sense of home. This 1-bedroom suite was perfect and had all of the amenities I need for business travel. The location in downtown Atlanta is exceptional if you are attending any event in the downtown area. And the property owners were wonderfully attentive and very easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Atlanta!

The place was well done and very clean, everything worked for us in the place. For a short stay is a very good option in Atlanta if you’re looking to be near the uptown, you can go walking everywhere and I definitely come back in a future visit to Atlanta.

I would stay here again if I need to stay in downtown.

Condo was well kept and owners were very accommodating. Only downside, no central heat and characters loitering outside on the corner

The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. The place was just perfect for what we needed it for and the location was exceptional. Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future

My son and I went on a little one-on-one trip together and this condo was perfect for us. The location was great.. super close to everywhere we went and the parking was very convenient. The hosts were great at communicating and made us feel super welcome. I highly recommend booking if you’re staying in Atlanta!

The condo was very clean with everything that I needed - plenty of towels, soaps, utensils, etc. Bed very comfortable. Nice balcony. Great location for catching subway or walking in either direction. Check-in staff always very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone needing easy access to the downtown, the art center and MLK Park and Monument, and the airport.

Perfect stay for game day

This was a lovely, spacious, and clean stay. I would absolutely stay here with again!

There was an issue where we checked out late and the code was changed, putting undue pressure that we might miss our flight. Outside of this all was good

Home as described. We stayed here for one night due to the original unit I booked in the same building being unavailable my first night in town. Let’s just say, I wish I would have booked this unit for the duration of my trip. Everything was amazing! Prompt responses from the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay in a safe building. Everything was close to us. We loved the balcony and enjoyed seeing the city at night. The apartment was exactly as advertised with great hot water. The air also worked great especially since its summer in the south. We only stayed one night but would recommend for anyone traveling into the city.

Overall, my stay was good. The property managers were fantastic, and I had a great experience. I will note that the surrounding area has a significant unhoused population. While I didn’t encounter any issues, it’s something to be aware of.

You can't go wrong with this place. They are very responsive, and the location is great and economical.

Very nice and clean place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, equipped with everything we needed will definitely stay again. The only thing I’d stay we didn’t care much for was the crowds hanging outside.
