Place could use some updating, but the location is great, and it definitely fulfilled our needs. Would stay again.

First, I have to say Affordable Large Properties were great! They were extremely helpful and quick to act when we reported our problems! So when we arrived to Cherry Grove Villas ( we have stayed here for the past three years but in a different unit) and walked into our home for the week I thought it looked ok. Then we saw the completely worn out living room furniture, the nasty balcony furniture, a broken bed, unraveling carpet, all wicker bedroom furniture ( which we were told by the exterminator should never be in a bedroom) rusted screen doors x 2 just thrown in both corners on the second floor balcony, and BEDBUGS in an upstairs bedroom. According to the exterminator this property has had 3 out of the 6 bedrooms treated previously and our room made number 4!! Although this was quickly dealt with it costs us several days of stress cleaning our things, washing our bedsheets and many other precautions we took there and even when we arrived home we still took numerous precautions to keep that infestation away! Also, the kitchen lacks proper cookware, the dishwasher is rusted, and the stove needs a good cleaning. It was a stressful week. So don’t be fooled at the pictures you may see on the site. It needs slots of updates and the exterminator even said all mattresses and box springs need to be replaced! Lots of bedbug fecal residue.

Great experience overall besides the beds weren’t comfortable and some gnats issues.

I truly feel sorry for the property owner as I am not sure they are aware of how poorly maintained their condo is. It is spacious with a great location, but it was truly filthy at check in. The trash had been taken out of the can and the towels replaced, but the kitchen was gross. Dirty linens left in the bathrooms and bedrooms, 2/5 toilets were disgusting. During a game of hide and seek my 7 year old found a broken picture/pane of glass shoved under the bed. One of the toilets broke during our stay and maintenance had to come twice because the first day he didn’t fix it properly. The property team was quick to respond when texted; however, no real solutions were ever offered. They simply said “thanks for the feedback”. This could have been a 5 star place had they ensured their property was appropriately cleaned and maintained. It definitely was not worth the money for the stay and honestly, had it been well maintained, I would have paid double for the convenience and size, but truly subpar cleaning standards.

Great location. Cleaning could have been better. Reported some damage some repaired immediately said he would return to repair door which appeared to have been kicked in. Never returned.

Other than the lower floor air conditioning not working for the first 4 days, because of a burnt through wire, the experience was good. We would stay again and also recommend this property to others.

Overall good had problems with the washing machine dishwasher and all of the dressers were broken so plan on living out of your suitcase. The parking garage is difficult to maneuver and very hard to park a minivan the spaces are not big enough

We’ve been taking annual family beach trips for over 30 years, and this was one of our most disappointing rentals. One of the downstairs beds was broken which caused us to have to redo sleeping arrangements. The dishwasher didn’t work. The beds that are listed as queens are very questionable. They seemed more like doubles. None of the beds were very comfortable. One of the dining room chairs was missing so even using the bar stools, we didn’t have enough seating for everyone. The balcony and balcony furniture was sandy and very dirty. I’m not sure if or when it had ever been cleaned. I would not rent this condo again or recommend it to anyone.

Our large family thoroughly enjoyed our week here. This condo is located just across the street from the beach with beach access directly across from the condo. There were a couple issues as far as laundry being left behind, and not enough parking passes being left, but once we reached out to management, it was swiftly taken care of. My only complaint was the lack of some important kitchen items. We noticed there were no scissors, cutting boards and a very tiny trash can for a condo that houses that many people. Overall, we would stay here again and enjoyed our time here.
