Cherry Grove 2 bedroom condo, just a block off the beach.

Comfortable condo in a great neighborhood close to the beach. Host communication was great!

It was an absolute pleasure staying here! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and exactly as advertised. The host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. The condo itself was fantastic and exactly as described. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

RENTER BEWARE!!! KEEP LOOKING FOR A BETTER CONDO!! This place is awful, horrible odor of cigarettes and musty smell throughout the condo. Chance was unresponsive once we reached out regarding the awful smell. A previous review the week before our stay had the same exact encounter with the smell. Chance wanted to blame it on the tenant above but that isn’t my fault. He basically ghosted us and never responded back to our messages. We had to vacate the condo because the smell was disgusting and gave my young child a horrible headache. We’re hoping that VRBO will make some kind of refund to us and will remove this listing from their site. My opinion, Chance paid people to put up reviews for this crappie place. The back door didn’t shut all the way and that allowed for moisture to come into the condo. Worst place we’ve ever booked through VRBO!!

Easy check-in… everything was as stated.. nice stay

We had a great time and the property fit our needs. The only issue was the property had a faint smell of smoke which was surprising. The property was clean and fit our needs. The pool was nice and the location was very convenient for our needs.

Great place to stay! Very clean upon check in, slept six easily, plenty of space, and had everything you could have wanted. We were also able to check in a few hours early. Would 100% come back and stay again!

This was our first time staying in the Cherry Grove area in Myrtle Beach and we were so happy with this place! Chance was very responsive and made the check in process very smooth. The property itself was clean and very cozy for the week we spent there!

We had a wonderful time! Home was clean, spacious, great deck, comfortable beds, short walk to the ocean, and great location! The owner, Chance, was amazing and responsive! You won't regret your stay!

The property was very clean and location was only a block away from the beach. The host, Chance was very professional and responded quickly to any messages sent. The only down fall was the keypad not working properly causing delays when trying to enter back into the condo several times. Overall, great place and location!!

The stay was good but one tv wouldn't work i had to buy tissue for bathrooms and trash bags

A good value. The dishwasher needs to be mounted better. It tips forward when opened. The hair dryer stopped working. The entrance to the parking area has an exposed manhole cover and the adjacent roadway has a large pot hole that is hard to see. As a result I damaged the left front portion of my car.

This beach condo was a great place to stay. 2 blocks off the beach, close to the fishing pier, quiet at night, easy parking, comfy beds and all the kitchen gadgets you need to cook anything. Good choice for anyone headibg to the beach

Location was great, easy walking distance to the beach. Porch faces 29th street and not the backs of other houses which was nice! Pool is nice. The host communicated very well and in a timely fashion. Digital entry is another great thing about this place. I would definitely stay here again.

We recently traveled to NMB for a soccer tournament and the property was perfect location to get to and from the fields and also 1 block from the beach. Great spot and price.
