Available for rent in the summer by the MONTH ONLY. not less than 30 days. Not available for weekly term rentals. First Floor unit 3 bed 2 bath is also available.
When booking, you may stay the last day of the month, therefore choose the 1st of following month as your departure date. 10 Am checkout.
Having spent last September renting in this charming carriage house on Cherry Street in “The Point” section of Newport, we couldn’t wait to return! From short walks into downtown Newport, to beautiful sunsets at Battery Park, to private cookouts grilling on our patio… we loved every minute of our stay! The condo is tastefully decorated, well appointed and the proprietors could not be more hospitable, kind and responsive when we reached out to them. Hoping to return next summer!! Amazing apartment. Short walk to center of town to enjoy fabulous restaurants and bars. Tracy and John were great hosts. They were quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience!
My girlfriend and I rented for Sept. and Oct. and our long term stay was perfect. The unit is decorated and organized in a way that feels much more personal and thoughtful than other places we have stayed and we loved that. Plenty of space, desk for work and great outdoor space with a grill were our favorites. This is a great neighborhood that is close to town but also quieter and friendly. The kitchen is great and Tracy even ran out to grab us a measuring cup. Her husband John is a chef and left morning pastries several times during our stay. We look forward to staying again!
We greatly enjoyed our stay in Newport. The apartment is hidden on a quiet dead-end street, which offered privacy and tranquility. The location is close to all of Newport’s many attractions and is a short walk to beautiful Newport harbor. The apartment itself is well appointed and clean. The owners, Tracy and John, were easy to deal with and helpful. We’d definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you, Tracy and John.
Owners were very nice and accommodating. This unit was newly renovated, very clean and beautifully decorated. This unit worked well for our family and for having other guests over during our stay. The location is a short walk to downtown Newport shops and restaurants. The owners provide a parking pass that is extremely helpful to have when parking downtown as you can park on residential streets. The owners were also accessible when questions arose. The only thing missing from this unit is an outdoor shower. This will help to cutdown on the amount of sand brought into the property and it appears the owner is considering adding an outdoor shower. The property does have a hose you could use to rinse off with.
