The Mgmt company took care of replacing the broken toaster same day we reported it. Only suggestion is to get a more comfortable couch. Overall an excellent location and stay for our time in Kona.

The unit is as nice as the pictures show (perhaps a bit less bright but likely due to Feb overcast). Regardless, there wasn’t a single thing to even slightly complain about. Five out of five stars! AC kept us comfy, the beach gear was super useful and the outdoor lanai was used every morning for coffee and at night for wine. Hosts are very professional and responsive. They seem to genuinely care unlike other places we’ve stayed. One of the best things for us was the medium-firm mattresses! Too many places use pillow top mattresses that while they seem comfy actually are bad for your back. We never sleep well on them but this was the first place we found we were sleeping all night every night. I’m convinced it’s the nice supportive mattresses!

Che Ça Hale was absolutely perfect - they have thought of everything we might have needed from beach ball, chairs cooler etc to well equipped kitchen with welcome coffee etc. Views from huge balcony were just amazing - so relaxing. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our stay perfect
