Beautiful sun-lit condo in the Snowcreek Resort. Windows face south towards a great view of the Eastern Sierras. The condo sits next to the Snowcreek Resort Golf Course and you can easily walk from the condo directly to some local trails. It is a 15 minute drive straight to Mammoth Mountain Main Lodge on Minaret Road out of the community. Vons grocery store, Snowcreek Athletic Club, shopping and dining are all about 5 minutes away. Parking is shared on the street with no reserved spots.
The space
Entry to the condo is on the ground floor, but you must climb a full flight of stairs up from the front door to reach the living areas. Upstairs the living room is the central living area that connects the bedrooms and kitchen. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom has a double sink. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bottom bed and a twin top bed. The second bathroom is connected to the laundry room which joins with the second bedroom. The third bedroom is lofted above the living area and has a queen size bed and its own bathroom. The lofted bedroom is completely open, you walk up the stairs from the living room and directly into the bedroom area. There is a baby gate that can be placed at the top of the stairs as needed. All of the rooms have closets with hangers, air purifiers and fans. The closet next to the loft bathroom has sleds, shovels, car snow/ice scraper and fishing rods. The condo does not have AC, only heating. The living room has lots of seating, DVDs, books, games and a TV with streaming apps available including Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus, Hulu and YouTube TV with Sunday Ticket and Red Zone all signed in. The dining room typically sits 6 people but there is a table leaf available in the primary bedroom closet and extra chairs in the second bedroom to allow seating for 8 people. The dining room opens to a balcony with 5 chairs, 2 tables and a grill. There is a folding desk and a folding office chair in the primary bedroom closet and a folding desk and a folding office chair in the loft bedroom closet that can be easily moved throughout the condo to create work spaces. The kitchen should have most supplies you will need to cook and store anything you want to make at home.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire condo, except for the owner’s locked storage closet.
Other things to note
Please be responsible with your trash and recycling and note that wild animals live in the vicinity. Please be sure to lock the dumpster to protect the bears from eating trash and do not feed animals. Also know that traffic speeds slow down abruptly on 395 North when driving through small towns on the way to Mammoth Lakes.
