Stayed Sep 21, 2023Nice complex right on the river and just a nice 2 block walk to Aspen and City Market. Unit one is closest to the road so being on the river is effectively eliminated by the cars. The unit smelled Bad, like musty or moldy.. we used Fabreeze And opened up the One living room window but it was still smelly. We would not stay there again.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Great stay in this STR hosted by Aspen's Frias Property rentals. Communication was easy, the condo unit is very spacious, and welcome basket was a lovely touch.
