Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our 29th annual fishing trip in Mammoth. When you have 8-10 guys that all want to have separate beds, it can be a little difficult finding a place. This unit worked well for us and we would stay here again. Unfortunately, this condo, like so many, needs a lot of updating and newer beds and furniture.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Would highly recommend this condo for a big party (10) it has enough space for everyone and a nice balcony to hang out on. Kitchen is a bit small but not a deal breaker, beds are super comfy especially in the master bedroom up stairs. overall I've always enjoyed renting out this apartment, and would come back! And another plus it's next to everything Vons, lifts, bars, etc. ( you won't be disappointed on location)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our group had so much fun at this place! it has the ideal bedroom layout for a group as well as being top tier clean. It had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and very spacious common spaces to hang out in. Would definitely come back next year to be able to use the hot tub! Overall, our group was blown away by the quality and quantity of condo for the price!! Checkout and check in were also the easiest processes ever and the location being so close to Vons was ideal! Not to mention the very short commute to the mountain. 10/10

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you are traveling in the summer you need to be aware this unit does NOT have air conditioning. It does cool down at night with the windows open but you also get a thick layer of pine pollen(we were told) all over everything in the house, including your sinuses. House was in a good location and generally clean except the carpets are nasty. They really need to be cleaned or replaced. It really takes away from the appeal of this condo.
