Stayed Oct 23, 2025This unit at Charter Landing was fantastic! The Host, John, was great to talk with and very accommodating. The unit was very clean, comfortable and modern. We recommend staying here to anyone looking to explore Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. FYI...Learned that John does dive trips also, so we will be back for that too!

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with the swimming pool right outside the door. John was an excellent host. He responded quickly to any questions I had. He even provided suggestions as to where to eat. The condo was spotless and he provided all necessities needed for a comfortable stay. I recommend this host and property very highly.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024We have stayed at Charter Landing before and couldn't wait to return. Charter Landing II was the BEST. John outdoes himself on cleanliness, easy access, his availability and the comfort of the condo. We have already told him to pencil us in for next year. The view right out the door is simply gorgeous. The pools are right there outside the door and unpacking right at the back door makes things so easy. My husband fished in the marina and across the road, we had the best meals out and everything needed if we wanted to cook. (hate we didn't use that air fryer) Boys played golf, Momma shopped, beach days, all the things. Perfection

Stayed Feb 10, 2024I would highly recommend this rental. We had a great stay. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, really nice linens and towels. This is a very spacious condo. We loved the location. The owner is super nice. Will def consider returning if we revisit area in the future.
