We enjoyed our time at the Landings in Horseshoe Bay. After a bit of a rough start with the key code for the front door we were greeted to a very comfortable clean and welcoming townhome to enjoy for the Christmas holiday to wind down and destress for both my wife and I. We liked the surroundings and dining opportunities with all the lake views nearby. Lots of shopping and things to do. Special thank you to the property maintenance manager Priscilla who was super helpful and very friendly to us. “We shall return”. ?
Very nice place. Property manager was very responsive.
This time we spent at Vacasa townhouse in Horseshoe Bay Tx was a great gift for my wife and I. After a bit of difficulty with the key codes and personal service from the maintenance manager Priscilla who was extremely helpful, we enjoyed a very clean and comfortable home. Where we ate out at places next to the lake or with water views every meal we had. All the conveniences of home and quiet and close to all the shopping areas for us. We will come back some day!!
This condo was perfect. Great location. We were in town for a wedding and it worked out perfect. Very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy and they checked to make sure we were satisfied.
This was a very comfortable and clean place to stay in Horseshoe Bay. It’s convenient to the golf courses and other amenities.
My husband grew up nearby and this was the perfect location for family to come and visit us and for us to go and see them. The house was spotless in a beautiful area. All issues/needs/questions were answered quickly and so kindly no matter the time of day or night! The local contact, Priscilla, responded to me promptly and was simply a joy to work with. We will definitely refer others to Vacasa and book with them in the future as well! Thanks for a wonderful 3 days in our favorite state❤️
My wife and I had a wonder stay at Horseshoe Bay condo. She grew up in the hill country of Texas and after 50 years we got to go back and reminisce of her childhood! Thank you for allowing us to stay! The only thing I would change are the multiple light bulbs that are out or some are cool white and some are warm white
The place was in a nice location, overall it was a nice home, but the air conditioning worked only sporadically (sometimes down to 72 degrees, often wouldn’t get below 78 no matter how you set it) so the upstairs bedroom was always hot. The inside of the home was mostly clean, though there was what looked like mold around the a/c vents and could use paint in many places. The patio outside looked like it had not been swept in weeks, we have to move furniture around to get the rug up and shake it and sweep away cobwebs on the railing. And there was an old piece of furniture outside on the deck with an old tv, broken top and has become a home for wasps. Again, ok, but kind of disappointing.
Had a good time at The Landing. This trip was an exploration trip for the family. We visited Pedernales Falls, Inks Lake, Marble Falls, and rented a boat for the day on LBJ Lake. This home was very comfortable after our long days away. The beds slept very well. The couches were comfortable. The home was exceptionally cleaned. We sat out on the back garret and watched all stars each night. We enjoyed burgers out there and we had long family talks out there on the cool nights. This place really and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely rent again but next time we would bring our kayaks and explore the waterway just outside the back patio.
Very nice accommodations. Comfortable and quiet. My grandaughter enjoyed the turtles. Parked at the front door. Guests need to bring small kitchen items such as foil and seasonings. There is a convience store within walking distance for last minute items. All said, it was a smooth weekend getaway.
We stayed in Horseshoe Bay (Landing #18) so we could be central to several smaller towns (Marble Falls, Burnet, Llano, Luchenbach, Johnson City, etc.). It was the perfect location as everything was 30-45 minutes away. It was very convenient for trips into Marble Falls Enjoyed: 1. the quietness of the townhomes 2. the peaceful waterside patio in the morning for coffee and reading 3. The layout of the townhome was perfect for 4 of us - bed/bath downstairs and bed/bath upstairs 4. friendly neighbors 5. plenty of glasses, dishes, cooking pots/pans 6. clear directions on how to get to the unit, get in the door, and unique features of the unit (ex: ceiling fan remotes) were provided 7. Netflix was provided Suggestions: 1. more personal touches (board games, pictures, cards, a list of things to do/not miss, etc.) 2. amenities such as salt/pepper, spices, etc. 3. facelift with painting the walls (large scuffed area in kitchen/dining area), something done with the carpet upstairs as it appears there was a pretty big spill of something on the stairs and inbetween the beds and removal of the old tv in the cabinet on the patio. 4. put a TV upstairs in the bedroom. Overall, our stay was nice. Our needs were met and we had no problems with access and management was timely in any responses I needed.
