The Space:

With walk-out access to the beach and numerous community activities, this Island Club villa makes for a great getaway. A tanning shelf and large lap pool are on-site, and inside the rental is a patio overlooking the ocean that makes an ideal gathering spot.



When you stay here, sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and views of subtropical vegetation greet you each day, but you're just a short drive out to one of the mainstreets of Hilton Head Island where you can browse numerous shops and restaurants. Manicured walkways allow easy access to the beach as well as to the community's tennis courts and pools. Nine tennis courts, a shared hot tub, several pools, a fitness center, and fishing lagoon are available when you stay at Island Club.



In the villa, there is ample seating in the living space and a pull-out sleeper. In the primary bedroom, there is a king bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds with access to the full bathroom in the hallway. Both bedrooms and the living space have a flatscreen TV, and all areas have access to free WiFi. Take care of any laundry you have with the private washer/dryer.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

    My fam and I have been going to the Island Club yearly for 35years. I have stayed inamy different units. This unit really needs to be updated. The furniture was really worn and filthy. There was also a lot of extra furniture like decrative tables and shelves that made the place feel extremely crowded.Finally, the wifi and internet was so bad that we couldnt even stream anything and my husband had trouble logging into a work call.

    Had a wonderful week in Island Club. Great facilities in the complex. This unit is in a great location-close to the pool and beach access. An added bonus, the playground and grill area was right next to the building we were in. The unit was clean and nicely decorated with a beachy theme. Beach chairs were provided for our use. There was a beach umbrella in the closet as well but it was broken and not usable. Faucets in kitchen and hall bath shower are backwards and we initially thought there was no hot water but once we figured out how to use them all was well. Would definitely stay here again!

    We stayed at this condo in Sept 2022 and it was exceptionally nice! The condo was very clean and it is stocked with everything that anyone would need for a week's vacation! We were familiar with the complex (Island Club) as we were previous timeshare owners and chose to stay at Island Club because of its excellent proximity to the beach. The complex has everything you need; short walk to the beach (Folly Field), bike rentals, swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and basketball. We highly recommend this condo!

    We loved the condo, the location on a quieter part of the island,all the amenities in the complex and the beautiful scenery on HHI. We spent a day in Savannah too (only 1 hr drive) and loved that as well. Thank you for the beautfiul vacation and many memories to take home.
