    We were attracted to this rental because of its 30 day minimum stay. The property provided a safe and secure environment with an attractive and quiet neighborhood. Virtually everything we needed to enjoy our month-long stay was provided. Importantly, the management company was easy to deal with and promptly responded to our needs.

    There were a few problems. Did anyone expect a foot of snow in Sedona? Hahahahaha. Anyway, I was happy to let you know about a few household plumbing problems so that they could get fixed. Everything was handelled well by the staff. You team is great. I found some of the process confusing at first. A phone call went to voice mail (I totally get this, you’re a busy office) but then calls were not returned as timely as email. So then I just emailed and that worked well. I would suggest that you tell people that up front (ie preferred method of contact is email). I found the response time to email was very fast and efficient and your staff were pleasant, fun and well informed.

    It is a very comfortable house, and we're sorry we missed getting it for next winter. We've dealt mostly with Cherry, who is top-notch in service. We enjoyed handyman, Anthony, who was always on top of things. He was there a couple of times at our request, and other times for regular maintenance.
