With two grown sons, we had enough space for them to have a private room with a TV and views. And then we had the large living room area with board games, puzzles and a TV. Perfect balcony for mornning coffee and close to everything!

Well stocked kitchen and all the basic supplies needed including coffee filters, some spices, paper goods etc. Comfortable beds, living areas. Great location. Would stay here again even knowing we would have to schlep our three LARGE suitcases plus water and groceries up two flights of stairs. We knew that going in so we were mentally prepared … if only our sea level lungs were prepared . It’s a great place. Loved be able to open all the windows for a chilly fresh breeze. We hope to be back.

Best place in Ouray

Perfect location! Walkable to anything in town and great people watching from the balcony. Only minor downside was no AC - when we arrived the unit was at 79 degrees so we opened as many windows as possible and turned on some fans, which when paired with the cool weather overnight, got it down to 73 degrees by the next morning. It was just the first night that was a little too warm for us, but the rest of the nights were fine and it overall didn’t impact our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great location right off Main Street. Walk to everything in town. The place was very comfortable and perfect space for 4 adults! Loved the Ouray perimeter trail hike!

Very well appointed. As advertised. Was allowed to check in a bit early. Spacious. Lots of fans, linens, games, etc. Quick replies. Would absolutely rent this place again.

The views from the deck are fabulous, and people watching didn’t disappoint. The condo is well stocked for cooking and grilling, too. All of Ouray is easily walkable from here too.

No A/C and the permit resident below us smoked weed the entire timewestay and the smell came upstairs

However the next morning I was woken up by construction on a place less than 30 yards away and at 6:15 am. I called and they had us moved into another unit further away by that afternoon. Quite an upgrade also. Made my 50th birthday trip unforgettable!!

Upon checking VRBO we opted for this fabulous spacious apartment. It was an easy walk up the street for restaurants, bars and shopping. The beds were comfortable with great linens. We had two nice bathrooms with excellent showers and towels. The washer and dryer were an added perk as we needed to pack light. The pictures are very accurate of this lovely place . One morning the toaster didn’t work. I texted the service within an hour we had a new toaster. I would totally recommend the lovely place to family and friends.

We stayed here with six people total and there was plenty of room. Only two bathrooms so we did have to share but we did a girls/guys bathroom and they are NOT en suite so you don’t have to worry about walking through someone’s room to use the toilet. The kitchen has plenty of space and well stocked with basic condiments like salt and pepper. I super appreciate that the rental company had extra trash bags in the property so we could easily take out our trash when it was full. The VRC amenities boxes in each bathroom were a nice touch. The location is awesome easy walk to everything in downtown Ouray. Plenty of parking out front for our Jeeps. We will definitely considering rebooking here in the future if we have a groups of six again.

Cute home, wonderful view, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, starter supplies. Lots of board games in the living room closet. We rented two jeeps for a couple of those days and was able to park all vehicles in front or across street. Even saw a bear crossing the street outside our window one night. Being on the top floor was great and deck was a nice feature. Would stay here again!!

Great place to stay in the middle of Ouray. Property was clean. Check in and check out was very easy.

We spent 4 nights exploring ouray and surrounding area. Condo was in the perfect location. Much preferred over telluride. Thanks!

Loved our stay! This apt was great to sit on the deck and enjoy the sun hitting the mountain and water fall. Kids loved they could run out the door and grab food or shop. Cute little touches to the place with their vacation rental kits. Highly recommend this location.
