Charming Ski In/Out Beaverhead Home! Near Big Sky Resort, Hot Tub, Grill, Incred

First, let me say that the rental itself was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Furniture & linens comfortable. Location is excellent. Upon check in we had less towels than indicated & received the extras requested two days later. Manageable. The reason we cannot provide a higher rating is because of how the management handled a maintenance issue during our stay. When we come out to ski, we will pack 1/2 the amount of clothes we need and run laundry midway through the trip to compensate. We gathered up our laundry, tossed it in the wash and tried to start a load. It gave an error followed by flooding out the bottom. We immediately stopped the washer, soapy wet clothes soaking in tub, gathered 75% of all towels available to collect water on the floor…they came out & said it need an appliance tech & to not use the washer. Asked about the wet towels & my stranded laundry & was told management would be in touch because that was beyond the guy’s job. To make a long story short, Two Pines refused to help us find a way to complete the washing of the clothes & towels. We were forced to manually reduce the water by wringing in the bathtub, and then lost an entire day of skiing having to drive over an hour to a laundromat to wash clothes & THEIR towels so we didn’t have to share 2 towels for everyone. They then ghosted when I tried to follow up. It’s an expensive rental with disappointing service of a problem out of my control.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful unit. Perfect ski access. Hot tub very hot. Whole place very clean. Fantastic communication.

Host was exceptionally welcoming and the property was very well-stocked with what we needed. Great location, and fabulous eastern view!

Wonderful, cozy ski chalet with excellent location. Ski in - ski out doesn’t get much easier or better. Highly recommend!!

We only saw the property from the slopes as the cancelled our stay one week before our arrival. We had booked our stay approximately 3 months before our arrival. Apparently they decided to do a kitchen remodel before our stay and we’re not going to be finished in time. We were traveling with three families with rental cars and airline tickets already booked. The management company put us in a house approximately 5 miles in the wilderness away from the ski resort, which was nice, but ultimately led to one of us getting in a car accident on the icy roads and another person driving off the same mountain road. A complete and utter nightmare. Yes the management company did warn us of the Mountain Road the day before our arrival once our cars were already booked and no options to change our driving accommodations very unprofessional.

Overall a good property with a great location. Some of the amenities like the foosball table and kitchen tiles need to be repaired / replaced.

We loved our stay at this condo. Very convenient location although a short hike if you want to get to the base quickly which we did each day. Well appointed with everything you need. Would book again next year if it was available!

Our family came to Big Sky for a ski trip the week before Christmas. We usually go to the bigger resorts and weren’t quite sure what the smaller resort would entail. Boy, we’re we pleasantly surprised! We couldn’t be more satisfied with this condo! It was amazingly finished and exactly what our family wanted. It’s location was perfect, as it was right off the slopes and within walking distance to the resort. We enjoyed waking every morning, drinking our coffee with a spectacular view of the mountains. I would definitely return, as well as, recommend it to others. Thanks for the hospitality!

Loved this two story condo due to nice finishes and location. Easy 5 minute walk to village center and ski in and short 50 yard walk to ski out. Free firewood provided by complex. Views from living room looking towards ramcharger lift and the slopes also amazing! Will stay here again.
