• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop patio, as long as guests clean up afterward.

• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business.     The home was disgusting. From old dingy towels to dirty cookware we were appalled. Not to mention the multiple areas throughout the home that were riddled with active mold spores. This home is a health hazard and I would not recommend staying here. The location is great, but that’s about all it has going for it.

    The house was in a great location. Worked perfectly for our 3 families that stayed. The property itself was really nice. The cleaning company could have done a better job. They had not cleaned the roof top patio before our arrival and the bathroom mat in one of the bedrooms needed to be cleaned but other than that everything else was good.

    Property was great. Only thing was there wasn’t corn hole bags for the board. Which in the defense of property wasn’t outwardly advertised I just kinda assumed.

    Excellent location. We got no response when trying to communicate with owner! Nicely decotated but a “deep” clean and a fresh coat of paint would do wonders! How about new towels?

    I hadn't received door access codes on the day of my arrival, so I emailed twice with no reply. I called the office number and was assisted by Marla - she explained the unit had been double booked and she would check with her manager about finding an alternate unit for our stay. I heard back from her in 12 minutes, with plans for us to stay in another nearby unit. She promptly texted the door codes and I was able to check in. The unit was nice. Same bed set-up, which was important to me from the initial booking. A large window shade in the downstairs bedroom had become detached from the roller, leaving no covering. I called the number again and Marla contacted maintenance. Maintenance showed up about an hour later and repaired the shade.

    All confirmations for stay was received, but when it was time to check in we never received the arrival info. Called the property management King Rentals and they said we had been double booked. Had to wait an hour for them to find and send us another place that would accommodate our party of 8. The new place was ok, but all the doors had trouble latching. The elevator for the 4 stories was not available to use. There was only hand soap downstairs and only shampoo/conditioner in 2 out of the 4 bathrooms. The WiFi they sent us to use would not show up in the networks to use. The coffee maker did not work. It took an hour to brew maybe 1 cup. The first night, 2 of our car windows were busted on the street right in front of the condo. It was not good from start to finish. Another family staying close to use said they were double booked with the same group, King Rentals, as well.

    Everything from the house, communication from property manager, and the location was fantastic. House was clean and well kept and the rooftop patio has a nice view of Belmont University. Neighborhood was quiet and is an easy Uber to Broadway in less than 10 minutes. This house is great for groups planning a Nashville visit and we will definitely stay again.
