Our renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located just steps to Killington Mountain in the main building at Mountain Green Resort. Come enjoy the warm and loving touches we have put into this home away from home. We want you to feel the same comfort that we do in this charming condo with plenty of room for your family to spread out after a day on the slopes. The location cannot be beat and you'll have all the amenities you could need including shuttle to the mountain, parking, cable, WiFi, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, shops, restaurant, golf, skiing and more. (See seasonal schedule below.) Our condo is the perfect place to start your Killington vacation!

Our large condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sleeping for up to six guests in a variety of bedding options - two queen beds, one full bed and two sleeper sofas. You'll have plenty of space with lots of room to spread out and enjoy the mountain views from the living room and bedrooms. The second bedroom functions as a lock off unit with its own private entrance that may be open to the main condo or locked from either side.

Our condo is located in the main building along with the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball and Wallyball courts, and fitness center. Head out the door to the on-site restaurant and ski - snowboard shop. There is a community laundry room on level A as well as 24-hour security. In the summertime, guests can enjoy the heated outdoor pool, grill, and fire pits behind Building 1.

You cannot beat the location of Mountain Green Resort! Just steps to Killington Mountain, you can take the free shuttle in the winter or make the 5 minute walk. We're also walking distance to the Killington golf course. You'll also be on the main access road in Killington and close to all the bars, shops and restaurants.

• The gym is open every day. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are currently open on weekends only through Thanksgiving. All indoor amenities will be open daily from Thanksgiving through Easter.
• The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to the end of March. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
• The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2.
• There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
• Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2 and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators.
• Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner's association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation.
• The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the “taste” of well water.
• Wood-burning fireplaces are non-operational and not listed as an available amenity for guests.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

    Close to The Ski Area and K1 Gandola Express and golf. doesn't offer a lot of Amenities as mentioned on the Property. No Spa services. or invisible . Sauna and Hot Tub only available from Thanksgiving Holidays to March. Building 3 where i stayed has a private parking only. you are required to park your vehicle either in front of Building 1 or 2. there is a sign board in elevator indicating Quite hours starting from 10 PM and Security guard to make a check on noise freaks. None of this policy in effect. Building/Guest information booklet says it has a front desk, deli, breakfast (possibly invisible again).property is being managed by various Agencies or owner themselves which creates a ruckus. Stayed in unit 3C13, no problems with the unit. Fine Print on Stay information and other policities only available after you complete your bookings which shows hidden to super hiddenn clauses. You have to sign in Renter's agreement.

    Very good location. Walking distant to slopes or shuttle bus stop in front can save you a 7 minute walk. Ski shop in the lobby was convenient for renting skis. Enjoyed the restaurant in the lobby as well. The apartment was spacious, but overwise just an average apartment. Overall, we were all pleased with the rental and would return to the same place.
