If you enjoy sitting on your bed 24/7, this place is for you. This “room” was actually part of a condo on the first floor — tucked awkwardly between the back door and the patio, with nothing separating it from the upstairs except a staircase. And when I say room, I mean just that — this is the only space you have access to.There’s no real sitting area unless you count a single stool, so your only seating option is… the bed. Storage? Nonexistent. My suitcase had to live under the bed like a troll under a bridge. The bathroom was microscopic — I’ve seen larger closets — and had zero counter space for even a toothbrush to rest comfortably. The “mini fridge” was more of a cosmetic fridge that could maybe hold four cans of Coke if they were on a diet, and it barely kept anything cool. No kitchenette, no real fridge, no place to put leftovers (or hope, really). The only trash can was a tiny one in the bathroom, so we had nowhere to toss anything else. The TV was iPad-sized and didn’t even work, and the sheets… let’s just say they had some unexpected hair accessories.Overall, the listing was very misleading. I didn’t realize we were just renting a small bedroom and bathroom inside someone’s larger condo. Definitely overpriced for what you get, and the host wasn’t exactly eager to help.I’ll give it two stars only for the cute decor — but to sum it up: we were bamboozled.

It was a clean and comfortable stay. Was a little further from downtown than we thought but still not bad, about a 10-15 min drive. The wifi password did not work but that wasn’t a major concern for my stay. I would definitely stay again!

Overall, this was the smallest & most expensive of all 5 of my Vrbo accommodations. The only disappointment that i have was the size of the refrigerator., too small.

The place is basically a small room under a townhome just next to the open, rather tight parking carport. There was little to no space for opening the luggage except on the bed. The bathroom was clean. There is little light in the room and there might as well not be a TV. The location is okay but still a car ride away from the main East Nashville vibe and definitely a Lyft/Uber from downtown. I stayed here for a work trip - definitely not a conducive work space with a tiny desk/ table and small stool to perch on.

The space is kind of small but it’s about what you’d expect based off of the pictures. Fairly nice location.

clean, cute, cozy, quaint! Maybe not the best for lounging all day, but for a turn & burn trip which is what my sister and I did it was a cute overnight stay

This is a jewel hidden in a stack of Nashville “studios.” (A little music pun for you guys.) Everything was super neat, clean, comfortable, the perfect size for one person or a couple. The parking spot was a nice touch. I had easy access to 31e and Gallatin which had so many food/coffee options. My conference was at the Gaylord Convention Center, and I could easily get there in 11 minutes. Host instructions were abundantly clear and friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others and stay again myself.
