Stayed May 27, 2023Pros: Beautiful interior design Great beach views Fun puzzles for rainy days Nice balcony design for eating by the sea Cons: Tight parking Tight kitchen for any more than one cook Trash washed up on the beach in this area Broken dryer belt that unfortunately wasn't addressed properly by property managers during our stay: it was inconvenient not to be able to dry our towels and clothes

Stayed Jul 9, 2022My family has visited and stayed in Cherry Grove at multiple locations for the past 8yrs straight now. We have used both owner and commercial owned units. Condo is oceanfront with great views and security passcode for the elevators to unsure only guests that belong in the unit are in the building great option! There are also employees that are visible during the day and evening checking on things another big plus. Now onto the bad items... screen door to the balcony would not open had to call maintenance which they fixed. Pull out sofa bed found dirty and stained not sure when the last time someone checked or even tried sleeping on it. Ice maker would only make about a dozen ice cubes daily. Made several calls to the office only to be told will write up a service ticket. The Master bed is a foam top and badly needs replaced. The next door bed with full bathroom is also in bad shape and needs replaced as well. Otherwise I would have given the unit more stars.

Stayed Apr 30, 2022We are a group of 6 friends, all older women and found this property to be perfect for our group. We found everything we needed to prepare meals, etc. The balcony is great and a wonderful place for morning coffee. We plan to return!

Stayed Oct 10, 2021My wife and I rented the property for 5 nights in October 2021. Everything was as expected - although having to put sheets on the bed was new to us. We really didn’t want the stay to end - we’d definitely rent there again. Communication with the management office was great too - the checkin and checkout procedures couldn’t be easier.
